Pac-Man honestly got rather boring after awhile. Maybe it's just before my time or maybe just not my type of game, but I prefer to see some sort of variety and progress past the Donkey Kong/Pac-Man/Joust iteration of games. Even Mario Bros (non-Super version) got fairly dull since you're just replaying the same level over and over.
