But that's not Rusty Bucket Bay

Rusty bucket bay is so much painful

>don't know how many jinjos, jiggies or notes there are in each area of click clock
>notes even appear in different places depending on which season youre in
>cant be bee-banjo in other areas because fuck you, EVEN though there are man-eating flowers in the other areas that carry items
>to get these items you have to collect golden feathers from the other seasons for some reason so you can jankingly pick them up

Yeah, id rather go with Rusy bucket bay

That's a great level though.

git gud

The only thing that makes my playthrough unfun is that fuckwit Mr. Vile.

Imagine having such a shit taste

That's not Mad Monster Mansion.

Mad Monster Mansion is the best level in the game though

Aside from the ghosts, it's top tier

We must have played wildly different games.

Honestly there's not a single level in the game that I find particularly unfun. A few specific sections, maybe, but not entire levels.

Not only do I think this is the best level, I think it's one of the only good ones. It actually has a unique, camp-like vibe that fits the Spiral Mountain feel as opposed to just generic themed worlds.

what the fuck was that shitty fungus level in DK64?

was annoying as hell

But that's not finishing the game

>what the fuck was that shitty fungus level in DK64?
that was supposed to be the famous Fungus Forest level from beta BK

Lmao from the thumbnail I thought it was shopped as Cuck Clock Wood.

fuuuuuck youuuuu

>There aren't 25 notes in each area
Stupid idea. Most of the design decisions in this level were just to artificially extend playtime by making you scale every inch of the tree in each season.

The jinjos are fine though. There's two in Spring and the colour of each Jinjo makes sense (eg blue in Winter, Orange in Autumn)

Literally the best level you brainlet

i always look forward to that level though

>Those cheap fucking gears
I have never 100% that level without the glass exploit.

I'm halfway through Rusty Bucket Bay and I still haven't figured out what key I need to unlock the gates. I thought it was the one in Freezeazy Peak until I found out it's some Stop 'n' Swap shit.

KEK CLOCK WOOD?

Because you're shit. The engine room is only hard as a kid. You need to have some semblance of patience.

same
hate the engine room and thebeak bombing snowmen stuff

good level

Shoot eggs into the holes

the locked gate you just attack bro

stop. rusty bucket bay only takes less than an hour to get all collectiables

I'd ask if you this was a joke but apparently you have to shit eggs into the pots around the church so I'm not surprised by anything anymore. I was honestly waiting for the power-up where you turn small so I could jump into them.

I tried that and it didn't break.

bubblegloop swamp is the only bad level in the game.

You might be retarded.
I guess you didn't get into the sand castle in TTC either?

I dislike several of the levels in BK. BT has more fun levels to be honest

I feel the opposite. Glitter Gulch, Terrydactyland, Grunty Industries, and Hailfire Peaks are all levels I don't look forward to

What ugly game is this? Boomers fuck off this board.

Mad Monster Mansion > Click-Clock Woods > Freezeezy Peak >Treasure Trove Cove > Gobi's Valley > Clanker's Cavern > Bubblegloop Swamp > Mumbo's Mountain > Rusty Bucket Bay

What do you mean "might?" I'm dumber than a sack of wet bricks. I didn't get the sand castle until I'd gone to look up where the last jinjo I couldn't find was.

>not that shitty swamp level

Click-Clock Woods is a fun level butting getting 100% in it take a long time, even if you know where everything is.

Both click clock wood and Rust Bucket Bay have their problems. Yes, Rusty Bucket Bay is probably home to the hardest platforming challenge in the game, but other than the engine room, the rest of the stage isn't much harder than any of the other levels. While Click Clock Wood isn't as hard overall, it's far more punishing if you mess up, having to essentially replay 4 smaller levels each time you die. Not only that, the 4 sublevels aren't divided up evenly, meaning you either have to keep track of what you've collected/missed, or spend ages combing through each version of the stage for those last 3 notes you missed, meaning for anyone who's playing blind (like I did) it can be one hell of a final hurdle, and almost made me stop right before the end. The easiest way to deal with Rusty Bucket Bay is do tackle the engine room first to minimise lost progress, there is no easy route to take with Click Clock Wood.

What the fuck is this pleb-ass thread? The back third of the game is the best part.

Click Clock Wood > Rusty Bucket Bay > Mad Monster Mansion > Treasure Trove Cove > Bubblegloop Swamp > Mumbo's Mountain > Gobi's Valley > Clanker's Cavern > Freezeezy Peak

>ANYTHING above Mumbo's Mountain

Attached: Being Seen.png (211x224, 81K)

Mumbo's Mountain is small and can be beaten in less than 20 minutes even going at the slowest pace. Also it's got arguably the most annoying song in the game.

Mumbo's Mountain is the greatest you retard.

HUP TWO THREE FOUR

I don't dislike Mumbo's Mountain but I find it hard to believe that it's anybody's favourite level.

You are supposed to come back when you get the running shoes
