Anti meta is as brainlet as you can be though, they're cards for retards who hate yugioh but still want to play it for some reason but since they can't bother learning combo or strategies they seek cards that maximize their winning chances with the fewest plays possible.
The best part is that anti-meta decks aren't even cheap, they actually tend to cost just as much as meta decks, so you have to be double stupid to play them.

You see where it says "2 Plant monsters"?
That's what you need on the field to summon her. 2 Plant monsters. They don't have to share anything else. They just have to be Plants. A lot of links are very generic themselves, you're probably just confused by the rulings brought on by them existing. Link Monsters don't have levels, Link Monsters can't be put in Defense Position because they don't have any DEF, you can only Special Summon from the Extra Deck to the Extra Deck Zones or Main Monster Zones that a Link Monster you control points to, that sort of thing.
