Hannah ties with him, iirc. She's just more 'item focused'.
Some of them of have very specific strats that make them really good over the others sometimes, too. Like Mess on the right there does a straight up 25% extra damage to bosses. Hannah, despite being the 'girl character' is no less stronger than Jack or Mustapha, it's her REACH that's actually weak. (Her 'item' ability is literally with just two and it doesn't tell you what they are)
Mustapha is nuts. His "flying kick" contends to be the best move in the game. You'd probably be super into how he plays.
Jack is super inoffensive and if you play him you're lame

Got Fight'N Rage on Steam this weekend and I'm impressed with how much the devs must love C&D. The mow down a bunch of shit on a bike level, the area with a transition to ankle deep water, Gal playing pretty gosh darn Hannah, the music occasionally having that same 'fuck 'em up' energy, and at least one shout of 'They're not gonna get away with this'. Likely more as I explore the routes but damn, what a game. Makes the C&D fan in me proud.
