Dutch was a delusional dreamer. He never had a plan. But he thrived on people thinking he was like a god. Even without the whole concussion, it makes sense why he couldnt see what was happening in front of him. He was too blinded by his own pride. Even he realizes it eventually in the epilogue when he shoots Micah but it was too late. He couldnt accept that HE was the failure.

You’re not making any sense, dlc is for either incomplete games or a game trying its best to stay relevant and extend life span.

Rdo is infinitely better then any dlc, and it’s completely free and the paid currency is generously given.
