Bought portal bundle during the steam sale because it was less than $2. I just beat portal 1 and the ending was different. The ending I played was you killing glados by throwing paces of her in an incinerator. I remember playing this game years ago and the ending was you going outside in to a field and getting shot and killed by a spaceship. Did they change the ending for portal 2? I can't find the "field" ending online.

Portal 1 ending: you kill glados, you lie on the ground, glados parts burning around you. Later, the ending was changed to you getting dragged on the ground for a small distance. After this you see the cake.
Portal 2: you take the elevator up, turrets serenade you, you end up in a wheat field, door closes behind you. You hear banging from the small hut you emerged from, the door opens, and the building spits out a slightly burned companion cube.
