Hunt down the freeman is "watch it on youtube" kind of game.
The gameplay parts are absolutely woeful, drag on forever and just aren't worth playing.
The cutscenes are absolute comedy gold and it's insane a human being actually wrote and directed them.
You should play it for a hour or two to get a grasp on how bad the gameplay structure is and then refund it. Because it only gets worse.

Don’t buy it, the cutscenes are hilarious and definitely worth a watch on youtube or something but don’t even bother with the game. I bought it because i thought it was gonna be so bad it’s funny.
It isn’t. It’s really REALLY piss poor game design that won’t make you laugh about how bad it is but will frustrate the hell out of you because just knowing where to go is already an entire ordeal. The level design in this game is so bad it’s baffeling.

I torrented it the other day just to give it a play out of curiosity. They don't deserve your money.
This. It's baffling terrible. You'd think they could have just copy-pasted Half-Life 2 enemies and made passable maps like some mediocre mod but it's legit terrible. They actively change gameplay elements for the worse.

You have to change your settings just to get a fucking aiming reticule instead of ironsights. The infinite respawning bullet sponge enemies were a chore to fight and sprinting felt like garbage compared to Half-Life 2.
True story I had to torrent this garbage TWICE. The first time I apparently downloaded the original version. The one that DOESN'T have any cutscenes. Apparently they were so incompetent they uploaded the wrong version of the game to Steam when it released. Had to redownload again which took forever since at this point the seeds are practically dead.
