They should have just created a singleplayer game with some smaller multiplayer aspects and sold that instead of creating a new MMO. They could have been the western equivalent of Disgaea and could have had potetnial for an even bigger marketshare thanks to not relying so heavily on an already established userbase of mostly weebs and japanese neets.

It's sad that every decision they have made since they started with Dofus has been extremely shortsighted and jewish, their lore/story has massive potential and there are very few strategical RPGs in the vein of Disgaea and FF:Tactics on the PC so it would have been easy for them to dominate even harder on the platform.
