Mick seems to have this constant thing of trying to remind everyone that he's in the voice acting industry. Either he'll bring it up, or he'll do more 'wacky' voices than even Chris and it's just jarring.

Maybe it's just the quality of Lyle's voice then that makes him feel like the worse of the two.

I think every Oney team has it's flaws, but Lyle is actually known for being the only member of the crew who has no strength. A man who does everything in his power to sound handsome and charming, yet reveals himself as a black hole of charm, making everyone in his close proximity unfunny with his presents.

Personally I'm a Julian and Ding Dong user myself. I know they are gay, I know they have deep psychological flaws and could be considered sub-human by many. But when these guys strike gold, they really strike true.

Put forth the effort and be yourself is all I can say. Don't be fake. Don't put up a Persona. That being said. Don't give out your real information and name. Because that isn't really how you do streaming. Have a penname and roll with it.

The thing is Ding Dong and Julian, before their departure were ride or die. They showed up all the time and even hung out with Chris a lot off the air. They even visited Chris a while back and just hung out, no let's play business or anything.
