not really, no. there is barely any noticeable difference between properly compressed audio files and lossless audio files other than the filesize.
even if you have golden ears, you probably don't have the audio equipment necessary to notice any decrease in quality.
since 'lossless audio' never really gets advertised as a feature by publishers, i'd assume skipping compression just saves a lot of time/money.

I don't think it has 4K textures but if there are then once again the Poles have proven themselves to be absolute fucking technowizards, unlike Todd's 4K texture packs which are like 50 gigs standalone DLC.

There's also uncompressed audio files for every language instead of only your main language, and uncompressed video files for pre-rendered cutscenes.
Usually open world game/game with streaming use uncompressed asset. Decompress compressed asset on the fly can be surprisingly slow.

I'm extremely looking forward to this game, preordered the super special edition on PS4 as well as preordered the standard game on GOG so I could have all the kitsch shit, give the PS4 copy to a friend maybe, all that said, is absolutely right, filesizes mean nothing these days, and even if it did mean something world size wise still wouldn't matter to me. The biggest open worlds are the most insufferably boring games to play through, like the Just Cause games. I'll take a game with depth of detail in a smaller area over one with a massive map and nothing to fucking do in it any day.
Considering theres games that match or go past that in their current state, unchanged. Battlefield 4 with all dlc hits just at 80, Destiny 2 is like 90 something right now only to go up when shadowkeep drops. Assass creed nigger edition is like 70 or 80 something too iirc. It's not that big of a deal
Even a shallow as fuck cyberpunk city will obviously need more fucking assets than the empty low-fantasy plane of TW3.
Why is file size a borderline marketing gimmick now?
