Y'know, how effective would it be to just...not feed him? Like sure, if he's got someone to take care of him (likely does), wash him, help avoid bedsores, etc. that's cool, but they just don't feed him? I heard a story once about this one guy who was like 500-600 something pounds and he fasted for I wanna say about a year. He really shed the pounds, obviously, but idk if it was really effective in the long run since he didn't establish good dietary/exercise habits.
