They have a mod that removed him from the game because of the complaints. I agree he wasn't hard to get around but I've been playing and replaying RE, Haunting Grounds, Clocktower and similar games for decades at this point so I guess it was stressful for some who mostly play walking simulator horror games

ReMake 1 is a near perfect example of how to remake a game and is definetly one of the best RE games. But I just find the classic RE 1 to be easier to jump on and more fun to play.
