I dont think you'll find many Nintendo fans who would disagree with you, but it's hard to enjoy the features of the system without paying for online so it's kind of a ransome issue then anything. Would be more acceptable if they offered free SNES N64 pr just other console games in general rather than just NES.

We already know why. They ransom online play with a pay wall. You can thank the Original Xbox for that one. Peer 2 Peer should strictly be free and dedicated servers be the pay wall but nope.
