So you pay for internet, pay subscription for streaming service and then pay for a digital licence of each game which the streaming service can revoke at any time with the possibility of losing all your purchases for wrong think.

What I think it is it's sort of like Playstation+. The service gives you a list of free games, but others you have to pay for.
There is no console, only a controller, which you don't really need.
