Considering how the development, and continued development of FFVIIR is going I expect that anyone that goes into a Square meeting and says "Maybe more remakes?" gets thrown out a fucking window.

It's a shame because it does deserve a proper REmake treatment.

I remember I got to the last boss in this game but I couldn't beat it. I even grinded to whatever the max level was. Gamefaqs said there was some bug where your level rolls over and you can get beastly overpowered. Didnt seem to work for me.

Didn't the rights revert to the woman who originally wrote the story and something something she hated how Square had handled some aspect of it and now wouldn't allow them to make anything more with the PE name thus the third game being called 3rd Birthday instead of PE3?
