I personally use amazon to buy physical games just make sure you look around. Ebay is decent if you're willing to risk it being in worse condition. I'm curious about this as well now.

Amazon is pretty shit, you find the games usually cheaper at other retailers, and they don't even consistently deliver on time if you preorder.
