Big isn't even that bad now compared to the Zeti. Easily forgetable Mario ripoffs which Sega has no idea what to do with and yet keeps shoving them into each and every mainline Sonic game.

I'm not the biggest of fans when it comes to Silver but he is not the second most hated character.

Silver himself isn't awful, he just originated in an awful game and is kind of irreparably damaged because of it. If he had a chance to do anything beyond the odd cameo/guest appearance, he'd probably have more fans.

Big is without a doubt the most underrated character in all of Sonic history.

-Unique design with clear silhouette differentiation
-Story that does not revolve around sucking Sonic's dick
-Chill fat catdude, even when the world is fucking exploding.

Zavok is probably more hated due to his forced inclusion and terrible game he came from.

My Most hated list:

1. Zavok, obvious Bowser ripoff
2.- 6. The rest of the deadly six, stereotypes plus one of them is a big dumb fat character when we already have Big
7.Elise, she's a furry and her game sucks, makes no sense, and was erased from the timeline
8. Big, big dumb fat character with terrible fishing section
9. Charmy, annoying Bee character with terrible voice
10.Chip, terrible forced sidekick who made Tails irrelevant
11. Marine, stupid character who nearly fucked both Sonic and Blazes world.
12.Rouge the Bat, A.K.A Boobs the bat, created half the furries on e621
13. Amy, annoying girl hedgehog who's only personality is "muh SONIC"
14.Silver, Obvious Trunks ripoff who, despite not being annoying and having a good goal at heart, gets tricked by Memphiles and comes from a terrible game.
15. Omega, despite being a cool looking robot and Gamma's successor, he hasn't had much of a role in recent games.
16.Vector, annoying singing Crocodile who is also a detective and muh "computer room".

The list goes on but each character gets less and less hate. So might as well stop it here.

I experienced the 90's and you'd have to be braindead to still care about Sonic given the abject mediocrity of the series lately. There is no soul or passion behind the games anymore from Sonic Team.(Mania was an exception done by a third-party)
