Is Final Station good or is it indie garbage

Attached: header.jpg (460x215, 33K)

How many levels did you get? 5 here.

Attached: cursed.jpg (700x538, 40K)

Rate me, hate me, debate me, masturbate me.

Anyone know any good RPG or JRPGs on sale? Ideally turn based.

Attached: basket.png (618x858, 181K)

Is this any good? Im interested in truckersMP so are dlc's worth buying or i should buy the main game only?

forgot pic

Attached: europoor sim.png (327x155, 99K)

Is this as comfy as it looks?

Attached: Capture.png (1170x696, 416K)

I want to get Into The Breach but i've also heard that it's basically the perfect Switch game due to how you can just load it up for a quick session whenever you want which fits the hardware perfectly.
But it's twice the price on Switch...
Honestly same shit goes for a lot of indie shit i want to try like Slay the Spire for example.

Help

Attached: Untitled.png (653x454, 55K)

Is Zeus + Poseidon/Pharoah + Cleopatra worthwhile ports for newer OS like Win 10? I loved those games ever since i got them from old PC Gamer/Expert magazines and i want to play them (not as demos). Also should i get EYE?

Why get DMC 5 if it's only 34% off? Wait until xmas for at least 50%. The Divinity:original sin series is a good cRPG

Any objections?

Attached: file.png (629x490, 108K)

im getting into dominions 5 bros

this shit looks like Distant Worlds meets HOMM3. I have no idea what I'm doing but watching the DasTactic intro video feelin excited

Fug Idk what to buy.
Is the new expansion to xcom2 good? Does it add good difficulty to the game or is it shitty difficulty like the alien hunter dlc?

What's better Squad or Insurgency?

get battle brothers if you enjoy xcom

or blood bowl 2, check out the Yea Forums league

I tried twice and I just can't get into this. Maybe it's because I'm playing it with a controller (and this game has million of keybindings), but I really can't be bothered slouching over a keyboard when playing a game that's supposed to be relaxing.

Only Baba is worthy of my funds

torn between vietnam and verdun, also looking for good roguelikes similar to neoscavenger

Attached: Screenshot_95.png (808x778, 162K)

Dlcs are just more map to truck on but they are quality and prettier than the base game.

I jumped from level 20-something to level 80 with tokens purely from old tf2 achievements I used SAM on, this sale is so fucked but I love seeing paypigs squealing over poorfags getting so many levels

oh so its actually better with a keyboard

yay or nay?

Attached: sale2019.jpg (481x552, 55K)

Is it worth buying both the Deus Ex games?
Are they fun?

Attached: 33b74a0527dae6af58431322dc688b0581461c37.jpg (616x353, 37K)

Enable mouse steering, bind main controls to a mouse (considering you have side buttons) and enable camera turntracking in options.
I rarely press any buttons on a keyboard this way and it's way more enjoyable then wasd.

I've got 10 third world dollars (about $1) from a refund. what should I get?

Ys Origin or Tales of Symphonia what one should I get?

>Both

Dishonored 2 is good. It's the last game in a couple of years that I've actually finished.

someone mentioned a kind of roguelike climbing/running game in a previous thread, any ideas what its called?

Which one of these games should I buy? Honestly I only need one to get me through the next month.
Which one?

Attached: steam sale.jpg (953x568, 133K)

Quick! I need some indie games with lots of replay value. Enter the Gungeon, TBoI, and Dead Cells are on my list but I'm hoping for more cheap ones

>both

Attached: 1505305696410.jpg (246x205, 7K)

Underrail
Shadowrun

The "new" ones I mean.

i can vouch for primal being pretty fun

project zomboid
neo scavenger

if you're willing to shell out coin for quality:
rimworld
factorio
barotrauma
kenshi

VA-11 HALL-A is a visual novel.

Sniper elite and primal are both shit

man they are all shitty

>b o t h
theyre all amazing except for invisible war which is just ok

Is Atom RPG worth a purchase?

Attached: 243215131235.jpg (285x380, 28K)

Does iot change between characters? or is the same twice?

World of Final Fantasy is decent

RS2 has the *best* gunplay I've ever experienced in a shooter.

It's far faster paced than RO2 - take that as you will.

You pick who you want to play at the beginning. It's nice because it gives the game some replay ability.

Attached: cart.jpg (634x512, 36K)

Never played kiler7, it looks weird... should I give it a go lads?

How'd I do?

Attached: sssale 2019.png (615x261, 28K)

Considering Hollow Knight too

I've played FF7, FFX and FF13. If anyone has recommendations for another FF or RPG with similar combat/schema as FFX that would be awesome

Attached: sss2019opinionsfromblubabadeedabodistopreadingthis.png (766x685, 140K)

I recommend Ys Origin, it's probably in my top 10 all time favorites

Don't listen to the other dudes. Primal is a good time if you like the farcry type of games. It's the same recipe of raid a base, to get a fast travel point, find stuff to upgrade your weapons, hunt animals etc. The pet system is pretty decent and it's fun running around shooting people with your bow and chucking spears into their chest.

It's retarded. Some people have like 600 games and less token capacity or whatever than people with 50 games. the whole event makes no SENSE

I told a friend to pick up Frostpunk since he liked city builders, he played like three hours and told me everyone kept dying due to sickness. Apparently he didn't understand you have to heat the workplaces, not juts the homes they live in.

Other than that, I've just been playing They Are Billions, but I'm starting to run out of builders. Both were lots of fun.

>Valkyrie Profile HD

What.

Am I being trolled?

Yes. Gameplay isn't super great but it's worth it just for the experience.

Don't be mad. I meant the newer games of course.
And thanks.

check out Synthetik

why does nier automata never go on sale?

I wouldn't say that War of the Chosen really adds difficulty. The enemies get some really unfair and broken shit, but so do you.
It'd be great if there was a version of Long War for it.

get ff9, its the best

would not rec tv tycoon, super monotone after a couple hours

Thoughts?

Some user recommended Soldak games in another thread and they look pretty cool

Attached: steamsale.png (1486x858, 232K)

Thanks user!

Well I'm not expecting 10/10 games. They look interesting gameplay wise and look like you can fuck around which is what I really want.

Thank you user! Yeah I do like Far Cry games and Primal looks quite interesting as I just want to fuck around. Sniper Elite for the same reason really. Thanks!

chinks practicing jewery

pls don't buy Fallout 4, buy New Vegas instead

>change VPN to Russia
>all games are now cheap as shit
why you faggots even wait for promotions?

Just emulate FF5, the art style for the PC port is from the disgusting mobile version.

Threadly reminder to buy BallisticNG, a perfect clone of WipEout with workshop support, different playstyle configurations (OG or post-HD etc) and is only £4.

Are there any racing games with open-world that you can just roam around and enjoy the scenery? NFS Hot Pursuit would be perfect for this but it doesn't have manual transmission.

I should have prefaced with "No dumb /pol/ answers"

Does Project Zomboid get regular updates? I seem to remember some controversy several years ago and they abandoned it? I could be wrong
Looks neat, thanks

I personally liked the expansion, it added a lot of stuff without anything feeling terribly out of place. Compared to the Alien Hunters DLC, I liked that the difficulty was more level throughout and the covert missions added a new layer.

Having a Chosen appear on a mission isn't likely to single handedly cause you to fail, but it can cause unexpected trouble when trying to handle some of the enemies because most have a way of disrupting you at range. The assassin typically tries to knock out your forces and capture them, the warlock typically messes your plans up with psionics, and the hunter is the only one who really is actively trying to kill you, but if you go to ground, he'll have a hard time landing killing blows. While they're less deadly than the alien queens, they generate more trouble in the strategic layer which is fun.

Can someone give me a tl;dr on how this achievement thing works that gets you $5,- discounts or whatever?
Can't find any info on it.

Someone give me a rundown on pic related, looking for a solid RPG to waste my life away. Is it anything like Diablo 2?

Attached: 23531.jpg (590x336, 43K)

I think the full version leaked a long time ago and the dev "lost" the source code for it while he was working, but then it restarted development at some point.

>Does Project Zomboid get regular updates?
They're several months apart but development is constant and each update is extremely meaty due to the gaps, there's also the biggest overhaul yet in the next update so it's the best time to buy it before they yank up the price

Absolutely not

absolutely, it takes a bit of getting used to both narrative and gameplay-wise but it's a gem.

Attached: killer7.gif (499x353, 993K)

>"I refuse to pirate games because I want to support the developers."
>Waits until there are sales so you can pay them as little as possible

Attached: 1496872464031.jpg (311x291, 19K)

anyone play these?
only one i'm sure on is planescape

Attached: steamcart.png (612x391, 90K)

The characters have slightly different powers, and the dialogue is different, but it's pretty much the same game.
After you beat it once, the NG+ lets you pick abilities from both characters' sets, which adds some replay value.
Also, it becomes significantly different if you refuse the devil deal at the start. Without magic powers, you'll have to rely on your gadgets more.

The new ones aren't as good as the original. Invisible War is aids.

Is there any reason to buy Wargame AirLand Battle in addition to Red Dragon? Does red dragon support European scenarios?

Is this game worth it?

Attached: pathfinder.png (963x178, 142K)

Hollow Knight is an absolute masterpiece.

is dragons dogma worth buying?

I haven't played any of these games, but what the fuck is up with your cropping?

Poorfag here, what are some good games I can get for $5?
I bought Mass Effect 2 yesterday, but I haven't played a lot of single player games so I'm a little lost

sleeping dogs

>is it anything like Diablo 2?
what the fuck? not even in the slightest.
completely different genres. jesus christ inform yourself before you make purchases please what the fuck

Anyone got recommendations on unique shit like pic related or broken reality? I also just bought verlet swing as well.

>I seem to remember some controversy several years ago and they abandoned it?

>developers are out drinking to celebrate an upcoming update or whatever
>burglars break into their flat and steal their laptops and most of their shit
>head dev has a meltdown on twitter thinking his life his over and his game is fucked, later realizes he's brought the game negative pr and deletes his account entirely (only to return recently)
>latest version of game wasn't backed up anywhere, (literally not even on github) and they have to resume development on build from a few months before, literally making the update they'd just finished from scratch again
>development is slow for a while and then resumes from normal
>people bring it up constantly despite it happening a decade ago and not effecting the game at all anymore because of the devs very vocal meltdown that most people only know the game because of

It's co-op Baldurs Gate.

Fallout: New Vegas is $3

I recommend _____________

Darkwood
Crypt of the Necrodancer
Undertale (haven't played it but its reputation speaks for itself)

fuck I forgot the pic

Attached: Gooper3dGlass.gif (128x170, 82K)

BallisticNG I JUST SAID SO

>playing me2 without playing 1
prototype
dark messiah
jedi outcast

I was thinking of picking up that .hack 4 game collection for 75% off at $12.50. Is it worth it? I've never played the games before

read this and you tell me

Attached: 1547151709581.jpg (1250x4999, 1.59M)

This

Hylics, Jazzpunk. The Void for a very dark/depressing take on the same idea.

Almost had me, you fucker.

The game is also pretty terrifying at night in game.

I bought this game cos it looked cool, but it turned out to be wank.

so based loli simulator?

Afraid I think I've spoiled myself on too much of the gags jazzpunk offers from watching people play it but holy fuck does hylics look like the kind of surreal shit I'm after.

A bit of everything. Looking for 2-3 more.

Attached: Steam_2019-06-27_23-33-08.png (627x726, 153K)

b a l l i s t i c N G

Saints Row 2 or 3
2 is the better game, but the PC port is so broken that it can be difficult to get running. It was playable on my machine after I installed the unofficial patch and moved the installation to an SSD, but that's not a guarantee.

How did I do for $20?

Attached: Steam_sale_haul.jpg (258x117, 6K)

Is steam250 still a good resource for hidden gems or is it shit now?

This is my cart. Suggestions?

Attached: Steam.jpg (1180x800, 77K)

I have almost 100 hours in skater XL. It is lacking base content, but there are tons of maps and other mechanics you can mod in.

One of my favorite games.

Is this worth 25 English bullions

Attached: MHW.jpg (1920x1080, 332K)

that shit looks great, thanks for the tip, I'll also take the non-discount games off my list
now that I think about it, it would be retarded

square enix is kinda greedy

rate
crosscode but it's not turn based

Attached: s.jpg (642x438, 49K)

No problem my guy. Check out the workshop for a ton of well made tracks and ship skins. Fairly sure you can download (or make your own) custom campaigns too, but the official one (2048 physics engine) is pretty extensive.

>Zeno Clash
Zeno Clash 2 would actually give you a discount.

Settle down fag, I only watched a few minutes of gameplay on Youtube and it looked similar to Diablo 2

what should I remove/add?

Attached: salechartgames.jpg (640x477, 131K)

You got me for a couple of seconds.

Yay on the Guac, haven't played the others.

Can vouch for VA-11 HALL-A and Dark Messiah, haven't played the rest.

OS2 is excellent, VA-11 HALL-A and FTL are good.

Dishonored 2 is pretty good, especially in gameplay and level design. The story, atmosphere and characters took a hit compared to Dishonored 1 though.

No, it's a turn-based party RPG with tactical combat, it's not a hack'n'slash RPG like Diablo. I suggest you have a look at Grim Dawn if you want something like Diablo though.

Also these are the games I'm currently considering. Will probably buy the Grim Dawn DLC anyway since I'm currently playing through that and enjoying it. The price is overall a bit too spicy for me, mostly because I feel like if I buy so many games they'll only end up on my backlog.

Attached: Capture.png (629x550, 118K)

...

Tales of Vesperia and Tales of Berseria, though they aren't turn based

WHICH OF THESE FIGHTING GAMES ARE WORTH A FUCKIN SHIT

Attached: fighting gamez.png (648x302, 418K)

> workshop content
even better

don't really wanna buy a sequel if I don't know whether I like 1

Remove everything but fallout 4, add skyrim and fallout 76

it looks like you're missing a copy of skyim special edition, better take care of that before todd hears.

Good games under 3 euros? I bought Crimzon Clover but didn't grab me for some reason, so I'm considering a refund.

What are some games with good climactic moments? I mean in the sense that everything comes to a head and is absolutely fucked and crumbles down. I want to see the protagonist suffer.

You might be interested in Yuppie Psycho.

Attached: Yuppie_Psycho_mouth.jpg (1200x675, 47K)

What's a game you can sink hundreds of hours into for less than $10?

The story is nonsensical enough that I don't think you need to play the first game before the second.

finally, some fellow anons with proper taste
I hope you are all enjoying Fallout®76™, make sure you get some Atoms™!

Sorry, user. My autism won't allow that. But thanks regardless.

FF9 my boy

I bought XCOM 2, took a long time to download on my shitass internet but I played it all night when it finally downloaded. This game looks amazing even on my shit pc

Attached: 20190626224320_1.jpg (1920x1080, 304K)

can anyone recommend me a game that is pretty much a copy of Moon Patrol?

WAIT WAIT WAIT
THERE IS A JET SET RADIO FUTURE FOR PC?
SINCE FLIPPING WHEN?

Attached: 1.jpg (1877x2107, 337K)

Seriously - that Valykrie Profile collection isn't real, right

Any MMOs to try and pick up? Is FFXIV any good? or just pick up old WOW?

it was delisted before the sale, sorry lad.

Give me some other good games I should get folks.

Attached: file.png (667x830, 166K)

CrossCode has one chapter where the protagonist gets shit on several times in a relatively short span of time.
Metal Gear Rising has one of those too but it's more of a "everything's getting dizzy and I feel like shit and I'm getting the shit beat out of me".

Terraria
CK2 if you pirate the DLC
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
Kerbal Space Program
Sim City 4
Thea: The Awakening

Depending on personal preference, of course, but I got more than a hundred hours in all of these.

emulate chrono. lol.

Get the FF7 release for PC and then mod it.

drop snk heroines IMMEDIATELY, not even worth it for the cute girls

just bought that game, even though I've watched let's plays. Just seems like a game you need to play

Always Guilty Gear.

I want to support good games, I've already emulated CT on several different devices including 2 different phones. I want to actually pay for it this time.

I already have FF7.

Rain World

Attached: rain world tove jansson.jpg (1024x846, 206K)

deadbolt is 10/10 honestly, and dark messiah is very good fun, good taste lad

r8, and im not done, ive got at least one more check before the sale's over

Which SAO game should I get?

Attached: r8.png (619x226, 38K)

DMC3 was on sale too? fuck man
Great start though with your list

>have no money to buy anything on sale because I used all my money to upgrade my PC earlier this month
i mean
i'm not begging
it's just, I should've planned better

Attached: 1561630711359.jpg (698x658, 136K)

Anyone play Super Time Force Ultra? I'm looking for another old SNES style action platformer. The mechanics look fun but I don't want to get if it's just a clusterfuck.

I've got a gift copy for Risk of Rain 2 lying around. Anyone wanna trade? Reply with offer and ID.

Attached: 1560542196687m.jpg (1024x1024, 85K)

>bought graphics card
>incompatible with old ass mobo
>spend $700 more building new PC
I guess I can play those games I bought that were too much for my old PC...

Attached: 215412.jpg (567x437, 29K)

I'll buy you a $10 game if you send me a picture of your bare legs

[email protected]

I've seen several games people are looking to buy that I have spare HIB keys for, if anyone wants to trade anything. Yeah, it's a giant list, but Humble doesn't really have an option to "Hide all of the crap."

what do you want for duskers?

Recommend me some action RPG games please:
What I like:
>Dark Souls games
>Sekiro
>Nioh
>NieR
>DMC
>Ys games
I also tried the demo for Tales of Berseria, but I don't think I like the combat at all.
I tried Hollow Knight and I'm considering giving it another try, but I got bored after ~11 hours, even though I love exploring.
I've only bought Furi so far, which I should've bought a long time ago 2bh.

Bayonetta and MGR:R are good

Is Dark Souls remastered worth the 25$ user?

Went from level 7 to level 50

Can someone recommend me $1-2 game? Trynna fill my cart rn. Thx

Was thinking about buying amid evil, but I realized i've never even played hexen itself before.

Only 5 bucks for the whole collection right now, are they worth it? I'm a little worried about how they perform on modern systems and how well they have aged, also not sure if all of them are worth playing

Attached: 1546043621095.jpg (1080x1080, 774K)

prototype

Attached: bayonetta.jpg (890x606, 177K)

The Remaster is objectively worse than the normal Dark Souls with DSFix by an insane amount.

Don't buy DMC 3 outside the HD Collection, the port is gay

I've got 68 cents left on a gift card. What should I buy?

3 dollars but rogue legacy is alright

did anyone else get random capacity? Got like 2000 and haven't spent a dime.

It's literally the same game as the first one only with texture and HD mods pre-built into it.

This shit is pretty good.

Attached: header.jpg (460x215, 30K)

Recommend games

I like Terraria, rimworld, FTL, games that are comfy, non-liner, not timed, where you can build comfy base, collect resources and stuff

>inb4 starbound, the forest, rust, ark

I ALSO WANNA MURDER NIGGER NIGGNOGGS :DDD

>They still haven't done anything about all the fags who cheated at that dumb race thing

the bullet one is the best and you dont need to know anything other than the anime to play it

should i do it, bros?

Attached: arizona is so fuckable.png (653x452, 126K)

I absolutely loved bosses in MGR:R, but the rest of the game was kind of meh. Oh, the music was amazing as well.
As for Bayonetta, yeah, I should get this game finally. Thanks for reminding me!
If you haven't played the original, then yes, it's worth the price for sure.

super hexagon

What game you want and what is your steamid?

I'll shill Blood Bowl 2 a bit too. It's a fun strategy game with lots of varied teams to pick, and there's a Yea Forums league that's lots of fun.

>What Remains of Edith Finch

Have fun with the game my negro

Its shit they stop updating and there is like 3 hours of content repeated

Mount & Blade: Warband is 5 bucks

Have you tried Strafe?

Time to jack it one last time for that post nut clarity. Then I'll give it a go.

only played one many years ago but it was absolutely kino

Firewatch and The Stanely Parable are pretty good

he shouldn't...no one should, I've forced my 20 hours worth of "joy" out of it but it wasn't worth it

How's Football Manager 19?

Don't support the Firewatch devs, they're fags

Thanks for reminding me to pirate Tokyo Xanadu eX+. I've heard both good and bad things about it, so I want to try it before I buy it.
Oh, I played those two as well, liked them a lot.
Thanks bro

KO mech was made by a some Yea Forums guy he even gave away keys to anyone that wanted them

thanks for the recommendation, user, but it looks kind of generic, I've never been interested in that series

Literally how? You still need to be a paypig for boost capacity you lying cunt

I liked it, but I can see how you wouldn't

based user with good taste

what the fuck is that game? one of my friends loves it but ive never paid attention to it

Faggot. Ever played Europa Universalis 4?

Why are reviews so shit for blood bowl 2?

KO Mech is a mildly fun cutesy game. Its alright.

it's and years old and you have to give money to activision. Honestly just pirate it if you want.

it was the first day, I don't know if they changed it or something

Any of the Far Cry games after 4 worth getting? Liked 3 and started 4 but quit cause it pretty much felt like a reskin

Tell me about Dragon's Dogma. How's the melee combat? Fun? Varied? I saw a video of a guy climbing on top of a cyclops and that seemed pretty fun.

No, I have been looking into other strategy games. I think the deepest I've ever gone to with Grand Strategy was Stellaris though.

That's what I'm doing now. The New Threat mod fucking rocks

It's kind of like a grand strategy game only you watch your dudes fight on a map (And you can fight with them) when you get into battles.

Honestly just watch a couple youtube videos and you'll get the gist of it. It looks really simple but it's actually really fucking addicting and fun to watch your soldiers grow stronger and stronger as you rampage around the map.

Rate and rec boys. Dusk and amid evil I've been meaning to crave my boomer tastebuds. Quake ans jet set for the nostalgia.

it's not, it's actually pretty great, I have 80 hours in it

What games can you buy that you like user?

It's fun but the stat system of the game is broken. The chacter and pawn creation system is cool too. The story is garbage and shallow though so you should play it more like an Action game than anything else. The magic system and Archer system is also worth looking into.

If you've ever played Monster Hunter Generation's then think of that but a lot faster, more fluid and more frustrating stats checks.
8/10 in my book as long as you don't take it too seriously. Also fuck escort quests, do not do them until way later into the game because the AI will actively try to kill itself.

Yeah, and its no dusk. devolver's like the new doublefine honestly. they release a genuinely fun game every so often then fill in the time between the next gem publishing horse shit.

I've only bought Vanquish so far this sale. Not sure about it, though.

Attached: wishlist.png (945x870, 412K)

i'd buy fallout 76 for $5

If I recall, Fable:TLC rarely goes on sale because of Anniversary.

Hey fagmeister, you would probably like Endless Legend. The DLC is fairly cheap too

Darkwood. For the creepy factor alone. Gameplay is decent enough, scavenge, explore etc.

Attached: 7807807.jpg (500x607, 22K)

Still lying because I had a game with 50k points on the first hour or so but I could only use 2k

5 was super shitty. Maybe Primal is good, haven't tried it yet.

Its fun enough that I've gone through it 3 times as different classes without getting bored of it. Once you learn how the Pawn system works, how to encourage them to imitate certain behaviors, the AI is surprisingly sharp and competent.
You can go sword+shield, great swords, archer, magic archer, all of them are really easy to pick up. Magic classes take some forethought since casting the more powerful spells takes a couple seconds.

Objective reviews? That 2/3 of the game are DLC (the complete version is cheap on sale, but that's beside the point) when the first one was released with almost all teams (truth is, it was a DS port, and the DS got the teams as DLC instead)
Subjective reviews? It's a game where counterintuitively, you want to roll the least amount of dice every turn. Newfriends don't get that, get fucked by the dice, and then complain that the AI cheats or that the dice are biased and whatnot. Sort of like the negative reviews Darkest Dungeons had early on.

I envy you, I wish I were that rich. While I'm still on college I have to struggle to buy stuff at 80%. I mostly emulate jrpgs instead of pirating PC games, because I keep promising myself that when I finish college and get a job, I will have money to buy games, and it would suck to not buy a game I liked because I already played it.

Now that you talked about Tales of, I think I will get Symphonia, It's pretty cheap.

Quake is easily pirated. Why go through Steam when the .PAK files are everywhere? Just find an updated engine, find the .PAK files & you're good to go.

Sorry user I didn't mean to give you a crisis or imply that I was rich, it's just that over the past 6 years and multiple sales I've been able to get a bunch of games for dirt cheap, in fact the only games I've bought at full price on release day was MGS:V, MHW, GGXrd and it's expansions and DMC5 outside of that all of those game I got on sale or someone on here gave it to me.

Yes. The DRM kinda sucks tough, as it both not works since the online is dead, as it makes the game heavy. It also asks to install that GFWL program bullshit. It's better to just buy the game and then trow Xliveless on it to kill GFWL. Or don't buy at all, really, why would you buy a game that you need to crack to play it with no hassle?

The one that doesn't require 7 paid dlc to enjoy the "full experience"

I'm trying to rub out my hate boner for pixel art indie games. How are Crypt of the NigroDancer and Enter the Guneon?

its an unrelated metroidvania i think but don't take my word for it

nah, it wasn't that high budget, but that game does look sick, but isn't onsale.

Gungeon is good, different characters, tons of weapons, shit to unlock.

alternatively:
>buy game
>download unofficial patch
>run game with patch's shortcut

its the same with gzdoom. glorious shit

They're good, provided of course you like the core gameplay they represent. Gungeon is twin-stick shooter, everything is gun-related, puns out the ass, bullet hell with i-frame rolling. Necrodancer is tile-based dungeon crawl that follows the beat of the music. That means everything moves on the beat, so if you fuck up your timing you miss your movement for that beat.

>I really can't be bothered slouching over a keyboard
you can play all of the driving with a controller. you only need a keyboard/mouse when you're pimping out your truck or using camera mode to make screenshot porn. you don't even need the route advisor on unless you're a brainlet who can't read traffic signs to know the speed limit or what lanes go where. all the trucks have a dashboard satnav and now there's even voice nav. you only need the "million keybindings" if you're playing it with all the realism turned on and that case you're already gonna have a wheel and pedals and want to emulate the process of pressing buttons and switches for stuff like retarder, airbrakes, etc.

Anniversary is better than 1 and is also less than a dollar.

Will I enjoy Hollow Knight if I suck at platformers? The art is nice and movement looks smooth.

Get Shogun 2 or Medieval 2

your rig is good bro wtf stop complaining

What are some actual good Beatemups then? I can't believe FightNRage is the only one on Steam that's actually good.

Game made by an user here that bombed so he gave away a ton of free copies once. I own it. Its not my kind of game, though. It stars someone who flies and I dislike flying

Dare I ask for to list a few?

Doesn't seem like it has a free approach like grimrock or dragon's dogma. And by free I mean go in with an all spell using party and be functional.

I was in your boat in regards to not liking platformers, and yes. The whole thing is just really smooth and wonderful like you said; movement, combat, exploration, the whole thing. Bought it on a whim and really enjoyed it.

The old DnD brawlers supposedly although I don't like them.
Rampage Knights is alright but mostly because of its isaac style items.

Any cheap co-op games to play along a friend or two? Planning to buy more than one copy so I can gift it probably, if there's anything else that does something like DST and gives you one free copy to gift please tell me

Fight N Rage just has really fun and solid feeling gameplay to it. You can parry, there's combo routes, super joy specials follow the SoR3 formula where you can use them without penalty as long as your meter is full, weapon pickups, the enemies are pretty unique with different AI patterns so you have to learn how to deal with each one, branching paths, unlockable colors/skins, AI partners for different character combination playthroughs that change the story, I think there's at least a dozen endings too. It's just a really solid Beat-em-up that's packed with as much content as that genre allows.

Thronebreaker?

oh, in that case i was optimistically hoping to get amid evil for it. also there is no 'first' when it comes to steam trades so there's no risk.

I played Hexen in VR and I enjoyed it, but not as much as Heretic or Doom. Hexen is hub-based which is both a boon and a curse, you'll have to do some switch hunting among different levels connected to different hubs to unlock things and visit levels multiple times in order to complete parts which become available to you as you progress. It can be somewhat annoying because you aren't really told in any way which parts open up, so the search can sometimes be a bit frustrating. It's also very annoying if you miss some out-of-sight switch and have no idea why you can't progress further or which of the hub's levels you have to search in.

As I've said though, I enjoyed it overall. Also you can play it with a modern engine like gzdoom, so it will run perfectly fine on modern systems and modern resolution.

Haven't played any of these, hope you have fun though.

I fucking love customization
Characters or cars or weapons or guns or houses or towns or whatever
Recommend me some games with good customization
>Army of Two The 40th Day
Awesome gun customization, don't play if you are a /k/ommando though because you will have a brain aneurysm

You have infinite time as long as you've played it for under two hours.

Oh, I thought the extra copy was non tradable, only giftable
>amid evil
can be arranged, but will have to wait until tomorrow. You cool with that?

You really are a tryhard faggot, you know that?

guild wars 1

Don't worry user, I agree completely. Story is lackluster, combat is shit.

This is it so far. Any other racing games worth grabbing?

Is Quadrilateral Cowboy worth 10 bucks? I've heard it's really short but fun. Can anyone recommend it?

Are there any good mecha games anymore? Already got all the transformers ones.

I'm about to bite the bullet. How much am I going to regret this?

You made a mistake, user. You put the wrong Fallout AND the wrong Elder Scrolls game in your cart! That's okay. Just be sure to take those out and replace them with Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Special Edition. I won't be mad at you for this little gaff.

if i want to get into CRPG's, is underail a good start?

>Divinity: Dragon Commander ($4)
Bought this yesterday and beat it in a single sitting. RTS portion of the game (bulk of the game) is total ass and don't see myself playing it ever again. The visual novel part is alright, although it's kinda ridiculous how you can do these sweeping political reforms with only very superficial protest. I turned my Victorian steampunk empire into a hyper liberal, pro-gay, pro-woman, anti-religion, anti-guns republic over a few turns just to piss off the undead, and besides a little bit of outrage on the turn, things go back to completely normal and Yorrick (the undead guy) likes me... at least until I make another choice.
>Divinity: Original Sin II ($27)
I thought the writing and choices were decent enough in Dragon Commander so going to see how this plays out in an RPG. I'm guessing it will be a lot better paced. I'm hoping the choices aren't quite as immersion breaking, but who knows, maybe I'll bring the great gay crusade to that fantasy realm, too.

Please suggest me a video game. I really like games with good stories and music, gameplay has to be good too. Currently really enjoying Fallout NV, and played Deus Ex: HR previously.

Remove Bloodstained
All those other games will keep you busy long enough that Bloodstained will probably have a better deal.

it is a very good game but I think fallout is the most beginner friendly crpg

bloodstained is cheaper on greenmangaming

Alpha pro.....

both god tier

How's Project Warlock?

You shouldn't start with the best. Seriously, all other RPGs feel not complex enough for me.

def verdun

Keep Post Scriptum (as requested) - $18
Keep Dragon's Dogma - $27 (total)
Keep Shenmue - $42 (total)
Decent gameplay variety for around your price limit. Swap DD and Shenmue for Hitman II if you want to pay a little more ($48 w/ DLC). Skip WW3.

Haven't played Squad, but I stopped playing Insurgency Sandstorm about a month after it came out because there were so many bugs and bizarre performance problems and the devs just kept making them worse. I don't know if they've turned it around since but it's kind of saddening to me as I put more time into the original than any other FPS.

Really? From what I read some people say it's too simplistic.

Friendly reminder to only buy games you are actually going to play

Fug, meant to reply to

Hey I saw your recommendation last night and totally forgot, thanks user.

You'll have fun with all of them. Keep in mind Catherine and Sonic are fairly short but have a lot of replay value.

Shut up, I NEED to add to my backlog of 200 games I've never even installed

I bet some of you have games from the 2016 summer sale that you never even played yet.

>not suffering from the fear of missing out and buying games en masse despite having a triple digit backlog
On that note, any good shooters I should pick up? First or third person, either is fine.

drop ww3 and ps, both are dead games

Sleeping Dogs for $2 is such a fucking steal. Still has good graphics to this day, and a lot of fun gameplay. Can't go wrong with KOTOR or Talos either.

Is there any game as good as this? Also played the first one.

the monster design doesn't look very interesting

so far just Disgaea 5, haven't played one since the first. nothing else really seems interesting to me atm.

oh and some DotA2 hats because i am a disgusting degenerate and TI season is always fun.

Shit forgot pic

lost in vivo has actually been on my wishlist for a while, but I've never heard of the garage or exanima so thanks anons.

Have to echo this user, might as well save some money on the newer releases since several of those games are really long.

Hard Reset Extended (not redux).
