BotW takes place in the child timeline, FS and FSA are non-canon, and the Zora know about Ruto becoming a sage from the adult timeline because Link told people what happened in it when he went back in time at the end of OoT.

Skyward Sword is a prequel to the entire series. Majora's Mask, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess are all sequels to Ocarina of Time. Ocarina of Time is a prequel to A Link to the Past, which is a prequel to TLoZ, which has a sequel in Zelda 2. Explain how there isn't a timeline.
