JUDGEMENT thread

Did any Yakuzabro pick this up? Kinda glad it's its own game since it kinda helped some people I know not to get too intimidated getting into it.

Oh, it's out already?
Neat.

For some reason, stores in my shitty country didn't get it.

I ordered it from Amazon yesterday, should be here soon.

what's wrong with his face?

Just popped it in now. Loving it so far. Been hyped for it for a long time. I hope it does well.

Isn't JUDGEMENT a lot harder than usual? I recall seeing some gameplay and bosses dealing big dick damage
I don't mind it at all, but I'm just curious.

how is mega64 so based

I've been playing it. So far the story is way better than any recent Yakuza games and the new detective mechanics are welcome because they give the game a different pacing when compared to Yakuza games.

Same here. Had it pre-ordered but they didn't manage to get copies for release date so I had to go and find a copy and after two hours of searching I found a store that got copies.

I know the superboss steals your phone so you can't pause and heal up.

If you find any of these games hard you are unironicially a brainlet.

Any cabaret club games? Its honestly the only I give a shit about Yakuza games. The main gameplay is trash

Playing on hard and it's not any harder than the Yakuza games on hard.

I'm surprised I haven't seen threads about it. There's a good deal of Yakuzafags here.

so is nagoshi actually in with the yakuza or is that some sort of meme. I'd believe if he was cos he sure as hell looks the part

I mainly just want to get it for Motor Raid.

You have never been to Japan and have no real idea of what to look for in a Yakuza. Stop.

I've been busy playing it myself.
Also not motivated enough to start threads because they usually devolve into platform wars pretty quick depending on the time of day.

this is yagami gf, say something nice about her!

I like it a lot. It ain't perfect, but is definitely one of the better Yakuza games and it keeps getting better with each new chapter which isn't something you can say about Kiryu's games. I'd maybe start a thread or two but most of them devolve into shitflinging so who cares.
Still, I'm a lot more interested in Ichiban, TGS can't come soon enough.

Is this an in game screenshot? Why is this shit 720p?

oh nonoono

It's an Amon, isn't it? Of course an Amon would pull shit like that.
I was just fucking curious. That mortal damage mechanic sounded interesting and I was wondering if that affected anything major.
Gotcha.

Apparently this game is part Yakuza and part Ace Attorney.

The the fuck is it part Ace Attorney?

He took the bogpill.

The game still feels new due to the fact that the delay between JP/WW release was short and that the game wasn't massively picked by importers.
Thus, people will take a few days to finish it and then proceed to tear it apart in several threads

Speaking of Yakuza, I just started playing Kiwami. Is it weird that I find it better than 0 for some reason?

WTF it's already out?
Also kek at the video. Also wtf is wrong with his teeth? It looks like he is wearing a gumshield like boxers do.

Just started. I'm worried that all the investigation and tailing/chase sequences will feel the same, but so far I think this story is much more compelling than Yakuza. My biggest complaint is the engine performance and some of the graphics. Two games later and they still haven't stabilized the framerate or added better anti-aliasing. The loading screens and freezing between small cutscenes are also still present. I hope this is all finally addressed in the next Yakuza, but I'm not holding my breath. I just want the technical side of things to stand toe to toe with western games.
