Had an idea a while back of what a smash cinematic universe would be like. 4 major team up movies. First one is about the teamup, where Arceus attacks other universes because he wants to be the god of everything or something. That leads Master Hand and the Galactic Federation from Metroid to team up all of the characters. In the end the original 12 plus Sonic, and normal Pikachu replaced by Detective Pikachu, fight in Arceus's castle against a ton of legendaries, and the plan is to get Kirby to copy Arceus so he can reverse all of the damage. Then the next movie they'd have to fight Crazy Hand, and then Tabuu, then Galeem/Dharkon.

I'm gonna be honest. I never made this comic. I saw it in an earlier smash thread and loved it. I'm not quite sure who the original artist is, but you should be thanking him, not me.

Kirby has been speaking since the first game. In the manuals of all the GB games, NES game, SNES games, and N64 games, Kirby speaks. He even has a few things to say in the flavor text of the GBA games and Star Allies.

The tough guy stuff comes from early Sakurai's characterization of Kirby most prominently seen in the original versions of Adventure and Super Star. The idea was to make an extremely cute, soft, pink alien creature and juxtapose that with very masculine manerisms, animations, and expressions. He was a tough guy, but not as aggressive as he was in Western advertising.

On older headcanon threads there was talk about a battle of the bands between heroes and villains.

Mirror matches can be played thanks to a cabin like device that can split a character in multiple copies and rejoin them in one once everything is done. This device also allows Samus/Zero Suit Samus, Zelda/Sheik and Mario/Dr. Mario matches to be played. Occasionally, it is used semi-clandestinely to split up a character outside of battle and pull pranks, steal things and other mean stuff, but surprisingly no one has ever attempted to use it in order to have sex with themselves.

Mario is the one put in charge by Master Hand to handle paperwork. While he wasn't looking, Wario snuck in a request for Ditto in the Pokéball roster renovation form, as he wanted to have sex with Palutena. To his dismay, he quickly found out that Ditto don't have the mental capacity to transform into something or someone that is not in their immediate proximity.

For some fighters, some of the relationships in the Mansion are confusing

The game consoles (companies) represent alternative universes, and Banjo had been stuck in the Xbox dimension for 17 years. Due to a dimensional tear (similar to the Subspace orbs) the Xbox and Nintendo universe had merged for a moment, with the only way to close it being the crossing of a character. After a confrontation with Steve regarding the portal, Banjo takes the oppertunity to go through the portal to get out of the Xbox universe, with the hopes of getting to a place where he is treated better... that place just so happens to be home, with DK recognizing him immediately.

Similarly, the 4 playable Heroes were just the ones who sprung into action and managed to cross the dimensional barrier into the Smash world when Galeem and Dharkon's pissing contest started messing up the multiverse. Afterwards Master Hand and the rest figured they'd let them stay and officially induct their universe into Smash since they helped out so much.

Donkey and Diddy didn't get along with K. Rool at all when he first showed up. As time went on, they quickly became good friends, and would always hang out when not fighting in Smash, explaining why K. Rool is with the Kongs during Banjo's reveal.

How the characters refer to themselves in Japanese.

It seems to be pronouns used by the characters.
Japan has some rules regarding pronouns that tell you something about the character's personality (arrogant or rude characters use "Ore", childish males use "boku")
That was kinda something that got lost in translation for "Made in Wario" since it's called "Made in Ore" in Japan.

Jigglypuff wanted to put on a performance for a crowd and it just happened to stumble upon a dedicated audience that it sometimes throws down with. It's happy the crowd has gotten so large.
Pichu has actually lived most of its life without fighting and only got involved because Donkey Kong mistook it for Pikachu while it was passing by, giving it the mother of all Giant Punches. It managed to escape, but got dragged back in because K. Rool made the same mistake and belly flopped on it.
Mewtwo wanted to complain about the noise they were making, but lost its temper and started tossing everyone around. It then went back to its cave for a few years to meditate, but realized it liked fighting in Smash, much to its annoyance.
Lucario is fascinated with all the fighting disciplines it's being exposed to and wants to soak up every technique and trick it can.
Nobody knows what Greninja's reason for being here is other than standard Pokemon bloodlust. It's here because the rest of the Smash roster are the closest thing it has to friends. It's super awkward and has no idea how to express its emotions clearly.
And you all know why Incineroar is here. It's a big old attention whore that loves beating the crap out of other fighters and soaking up the limelight, and Smash has gotten to be a pretty massive stage.

the original smash roster sit at a large circular table in a pitch black room, the only light source a single lamp hanging directly over it. it illuminates the table and nothing beyond that radius; the only way to ID anyone is by their hands if they place them on the table, or lean too far forward. the doors to the room are massive wooden doors that seem to insulate sound completely. the rest of the playable characters are desperately attempting to shove their ears against the door, trying to listen in. inside, in almost complete silence, photos of random mainstream vidya characters are passed around in a circle as everyone at the table writes something on the back of the photos in marker. mario, sitting at what may be the "head" of the table, checks the backs of the photos after everyone's had a go at them and then tosses a load of them in a paper shredder. some are retained in a separate bin. a small fraction are recirculated as everyone draws a different color of marker. the scribbling proceeds again. all the photos discarded from here on out are tossed into the same bin. this repeats until a single photo is left. mario holds up the photo facing the group. for a brief moment, a silhouette of everyone in the room is visible as they collectively do a single nod without saying anything, before getting up out of their chairs and turning off the light. the doors open and blind the viewer. suddenly an explosion of sound is heard as what seems like a riot erupts from outside the room. cheering, screaming, swearing, and special attacks can be clearly linked to individual characters as a frenzy begins. the photograph is seen being knocked into the air, delicately falling to the ground as the carnage ensues around it. it lands face down, its backside covered in what appear to be check marks, and a smashbros wax stamp.
