Too close an association with Neptunia and needing to have the VA do work that could take away from what they might have her doing, Vtubers make more videos so if they had the VAs doing stuff it'd probably be something akin to BBRadio.
Ileheart is still a Tsunako design and she's pretty fun as a smaller Vtuber, it reflects into some of the gags like her third video having her face the crushing sadness of not even being on Akinator or the fact that Compile Heart fired her day 1 so she's their "unofficial" vtuber now.
