In case of environmental, the environment causes organisms to die out before they reproduce, causing certain beneficial traits to arise. Sexual evolution is caused by things that make you more likely to reproduce with the opposite sex, a male peacock for example has massive feathers that make it easier to kill in the wild but greatly increase its chance of finding a mate.

Now I am bringing this up because i dont see how ANY of the traits described in OP's image would help a person survive in modern times or find a sexual partner. It isnt attractive and these changes wouldn't increase your likelihood of living longer to reproduce.
