Jim Sterlings reviews, like how do you get so fat?
My self-destruct protocol has yet to be triggered.
IGN. They praise some of the biggest AAA bullshit, while condemning small publishers.
All easy allies reviews that are written by Huber.
Not his fault, he was born British.
God Hand still stings, 13 years later. Game was fucked in the public eye before it ever had a chance.
>watching game reviews
ill just play the dam thing and review it myself
Pretty much any where a well-established bias or trend about a game (Yokai Watch being a pokemon killer for instance) gets expressed too much and I just want them to talk about the fucking game.
all AngryJoe "reviews"
I never bought it because of that.
Now that I know it's good, I have no way of legally getting a copy that works on modern hardware.
His DmC review was kino.
Gotcha Force
Any negative review for pathologic
I still to this day don't know if dunkey's Octopath Traveler was bait or not, but I took it regardless.
Alien Isolation IGN review. Being too long and too scary is not a reason to dock points.
I can't remember any game reviews I've watched
Yahtzee’s review for Monster Hunter Tri. I’ve been a MH fan since the original on PS2 and I had always enjoyed Yahtzee’s reviews. Shit pissed me off because it was literally “I played the couple tutorial missions and then quit when they started sending me to hunt monsters. WHY ARENT THERE ANY MONSTERS TO HUNT?!?!” Like I kind of wanted to see him take the piss out of the game for a laugh, but his complaint was “I don’t like it because I actively chose not to actually play it”
Now that I think about it I think I dropped watching his reviews shortly after that. Fuck I’m still a little mad. Wonder if he ever did MHW
Egoraptor talking about OoT.
>Watching Jim's reviews.
I like his industry rants but why would you listen to his reviews?
Care to elaborate? Gotcha Force in one of my favorite games and an under appreciated gem. I’m sure it got plenty of bad reviews though
>Wonder if he ever did MHW
He did and actually got into it.
Some good came of that, though. IGN's credibility is in the toilet forever.
This. I figured a 30 minute review would have some good points but the dude contradicts one of his own complaints within 30 fucking seconds of it
Watching the terrible ones fall apart is fun, it's nice that he covers bad games and doesn't over-react. But yeah, Jim being just fine with a game is the most boring thing ever.
This would probably be my answer as well.
He just gave the game negative points for being a JRPG, while simultaneously demonstrating that he can't grasp the basic mechanics of a JRPG.
Muh dick!
Never understood why she makes the retard faces. It's not gonna discourage anyone from fapping, and it doesn't replace having an actual personality, so what's the deal?
Some userreview that called Grandia 2 "possibly the best jrpg ever"
>caring about reviews
who is.
Basically any review that is more focused on pushing a personal agenda rather than telling you about the game, and why you may or may not want to play it.
That Sonic one (I think it was IGN’s review of Unleashed, or maybe Black Knight) where they legit didn’t finish the game.
is it a trap or there's vagina?
Jessica Nigri, the original cosplay thot.
are you blind
kek
This. It hurts just thinking about it. Loads of retards would have never even gave this god tier game a play because of this fucking retard.
there could be small penis & balls tucked under, never trust
Ign giving hearts of iron 3 a 8.5 at launch when the game was incredibly, unbelievably buggy. The review didn’t even mention the bugs all that much. Goes to show they saw the presentation and couldn’t be asked to play 1,000 hours to learn the game.
Makes me think how insane game reviews are in hindsight . Some fat Jew plays the game for less than a week and can properly rate it?
Definitely.
We used to have a tech radio show here and they just abaolutely tore Killer 7 a new one back in 2005.
>It makes no fucking sense.
>Shitty Resident Evil puzzles.
>Can be finished in a weekend.
All I hear is "original game", "free of padding", "puzzles to break up combat".
Game sounded fuckin awesome so I day 1 bought. Been a favorite since.
Remember the IGN REmake 2 review this year where they were too retarded to figure out how to play the second scenario so bombed the score.
Killer7 is still one of the biggest pleb filters out there.
