Those "remakes" look all the same because they use the UE4 premade assets, postprocessing and effects. Of course it would look better than the original since the engine is good.
But they all are so damn similar that literally feel soulless compared with the official games

I was disappointing that they didn't take the time with the Let's go games to give 150+ pokemon unique animations for each move. Like how x and y was mostly a front just to invest in making hi rez models and to animate the full pokedex.
Or that a portion of Sun and moons budget was used just to make run and walk cycles for everyone.
meh.
I guess I'm bothered more that if they're going to cut the number of pokemon, that they aren't going to animate the ones that are in.
I wish they would release a statement why they aren't going to put the national dex in. It's probably some higher up calling the order so that they can market specific pokemon to each gen. Like a disney vault but with pokemon.

There is absolutely no fucking reason for you to reveal your Nintendo fangame before its finished unless youre in it for the money
This will 100% get C&D from Nintendo within the week. The creator knows this, so he puts out what hes done so far with no intention of actually finishing it so he can cash out his work now.
Then a week from now we'll see the pity blog post of "Looks like Nintendo didn't want me profiting off their work :( donate to my patreon for future projects!"
