First of all you didn't state that you couldn't get access to the email in the OP, you only said you didn't remember your username and password. So the only logical to say is for you to use the forgotten password function in the launcher, which would send you an email which would tell you your username along with the option to change your password.

It's only after that was said that you revealed you also don't have access to your email because you foolishly used a throwaway email for your minecraft account 8 years ago.

You didn't specify if you migrated your old Minecraft account to a Mojang account, you only said you used a throwaway email for "your minecraft" 8 years ago(which is obviously before 2012), so you having on older minecraft account is the only logical assumption that can be made.

I wanted to know if anyone knew how I could get my account back. If you reread the thread, I got mad when people assumed I was too stupid to notice the forgotten password button.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I got an e-mail saying my Minecraft account had been migrated over to a Mojang account. I don't remember doing this. Is it possible that my account has been stolen? I've contacted support on their website, but it's been over a month, and I haven't heard anything back yet.

Pretty sure you can recover your login information from Mojang's website. All you need to do that, usually, is your email address used to create the account.
