then again, MGRR only had one game for now, tho it would be better to compare it to DMC1 or Bayo1.

i will say mgr is no where near as complex as those games but it has its own merits and trumps those games in some aspects like boss fights tho dmc5 vergil is my favourite boss fight of all time

When MGR2 will happen, i wonder if Sam will return, since he's kinda the Vergil of the MGR serie.

Chico would be more or less at the same age as gray fox in MGS1, with parasites shit making him a superhuman.
After all, old concept arts reused for later games isn't new in the serie.

And it would be a nice parallel if he fight Raiden, both were child soldiers of a Snake after all.

Metal Gear games will always have an end game hook. Even if there's nothing planned, post credits scenes that introduce something new are tradition. Revengeances wasn't even much of a sequel bait in comparison.

MGRR already is almost 6 years old and a half, at worse i think MGR2 would be revealed for the 10 years of MGRR, at best : this years Game awards.

Depend of the game, Acid 2 had no post credit scene because the story was really over, and the one in metal gear survive just is some characters talking about the events and one saying he will build a "better future", but not in a sequel bait way...Survive just can't have a sequel since everything and every events were erased from the timeline minus one guy.who had his role finished.

That was at Taipei Games Show, not Tokyo Game Show, and was part of a countdown which used different video game fonts.

The PS4 logo on this is fake, and it was at the games awards back in 2014 to celebrate the soon 2 years old anniversaries of MGRR.
even then, a MGR2 now is actually more likely than before, since the MGR guy is now very important for the serie since he replaced Kojima as the big producer.

after this event, they stopped celebrating MGRR anniversary to not cause more problems...except this year for some reasons, on the official MG page.
