No one can argue the points he makes during the entire video, even the ones he outlines at the end. He's clearly a guy that did his research and made sure he wasn't spouting any nonsense beforehand in order to get his point across, and all of it is completely valid in it's own right.
People who try to argue with it are going to be hard-pressed to find an actual flaw in his logic and should be totally concerned about the direction this industry is going, and seeing how it's leading directly to "games as a service", it's not a good thing.
