I'm level 18 50%. I've been playing since PS3 era early on. What I've noticed, it is ridiculously easier to obtain a Platinum in PS4 era than it was in PS3. It's not even a question, the gap is extremely huge.
Another thing I've noticed, sometimes I'll check out a dude's trophy list for shits and gigs, and I kept seeing games like some game called "I Am Mayonnaise" and then I'd look and it'd say "Platinum Achieved in 1 hour". I'd see a person who had 4 versions of the same game. The Vita version, the Ps4 North American version, the PS4 EU version, the PS4 Japanese version.
So these dudes are spending money on games that aren't fun and nobody really wants, then spending their precious time to run through 4 versions of the same game, and all for what? To artificially inflate their trophy numbers on a video game platform? This is the peak autism and why people laugh at so-called "trophy hunters". I see nothing wrong with getting a game like Resident Evil 7 or Fallout 4 and liking to play the game so much you challenge yourself to collect all the trophies. But if you're scouring the internet everyday for easy games to Platinum, and then spending money and time on shit games no one wants, you have a serious problem and need help. And trust me, there's so, so many of those dudes out there.

Ok thanks for taking the time to write all that. I'm playing this game right now. I haven't started the Nuka World DLC yet, but I noticed the trophies for it have the lowest completion ratings out of anything else. That "Get 100,00 tickets" trophy is sitting at like 0.4%. I was dreading this DLC.

Don't use PSN's trophy rarity as a way to gauge how actually rare/difficult something is. PSN Profiles is the better way to figure that out because it's not based on the entire userbase that booted the game up, just the people actually playing the game for longer than five minutes going for trophies. PSN tends to have ridiculous rarity disparities for a lot of games, Spyro platinums are only in like the 10 or 20% range when they're incredibly easy and take less than 8 hours to do without a guide.

Sometimes I really like the game. Did Jak and Daxter like 3 times because it's easy and fun. There was also that period where there wee a lot of cross buy games so you're not really paying extra in that case.

I have a few memorized I've seen them so much. "I Am Mayo" is a biggie. I see it constantly on people's profiles. Conan Exiles was given away with PS Plus, and then I noticed people had the Platinum in like 4 hours, so turns out there's a way to open up the console commands and earn the Platinum that way. Jak and Daxter 2 also kept showing up as a one hour Platinum, and turns out that has a console command cheat menu too.
There's so many more I can't remember right now, but some game I keep seeing is something called "POWG Word Games" or whatever. That's one of the ones that show up as Vita version, NA version, EU version. I don't even know what it is, but the Platinum time is like 2 hours. I'm fascinated because I simply don't understand why you would waste money on games you don't want, and take time out you could be using to play games you really love.

Somebody made a similiar thread a couple days ago talking about this & I noticed my psn-profile as been updated for months. How long does it take for the website to update after you sync with the psn network (did this a few mins ago)?
