Why could so many of MGR's bosses be cheesed so easily?
I mean shit like cheesing Ray with parries or Monsoon with grenades at least takes some deliberate effort, but then you've got guys like Sundowner who most people cheesed entirely by accident, killing him without taking off his shields so he never even goes past phase one of the battle.

It's perfectly viable (and arguably more fun) to fight him without grenades, you just need to be quick on your parries which is easy enough since his patterns tend to be pretty obvious.
Whether or not it was "intended" to just EMP him, it's unnecessary and definitely more cheesy than just fighting him normally.
