Here, I'll explain it to you.
One Sin is a beginner abno all players get. He responds well to most work, but not very well to Repression (Blue work).
In containment, each NE Box (the black and red boxes) inflicts small damage to your employee while they work.
Damage types are Red (reduces HP), White (reduces SP, or Sanity Points), Black (Reduces both), and Pale (reduces a percentage of HP).
One Sin inflicts White damage, meaning if your employee fucks up, they'll lose Sanity Points, and if their sanity points empties, they panic (and judging by your situation, their highest stat was Fortitude (HP) so they went into the Panic type "Murder").
One Sin's EGO Weapon deals White damage, so if you equipped your other agents with it, they would be able to heal the panic on the agent by suppressing them, i.e. beating the fuck out of them (if you do this with any other damage they will die).
One Sin's armor will also reduce the damage you recieve while working with him.

Why you would do that in this type of game is beyond me. Not sure if I refunded though, I got it for like 1€ and might not have bothered

all I did was let the bunnies do all the shooting and just let all the agents deal with the meltdowns provided that the bunnies dont get wiped out though

so apparently Id like to believe this is a glitch
I picked Yin on day 24(last day for picking 2 abnos on central) however the next selection for the tool abno, Yang didnt show up even with the re-extraction, but instead she shows up on day 29 and I was forced to select her as she was the only option that showed up,
Yin Yang always showed up side-by-side on my previous playthrough
