Wondering how different it would be to choose one house over another.

In the E3 2019 trailer, I assume that Byleth chose Golden Deer, since Claude is all like "what should we do, teach?" Then it goes on to show Dmitri knelt over with a hand reaching toward him (presumably Byleth's) and another scene with Edelgard knelt over. You may eventually have to kill the lords of the other house, but the implication of each scene show worry/concern from Byleth, his eyes seem to show some emotion, watching Edelgard.

Maybe once you fight each opposing house and win, you may end up killing them in a very emotional/heartbreaking scene, or you will recruit them once you beat them.
