>It's better

Name games which pulled this off.

I was going to name FFIV but you already did.
I've never finished the GBA version and thought it was ok, but playing the DS one years later truly made it my favourite FF.
Music got so much better as well.

Dragon Quest IV.

Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions
Nostalgiafags can't accept this though.

What even is the "original" you posted there? Because it sure isn't the actual original SNES

>NNNOOOOOOOOOO
It made perfect sense.

I unironically like that Vader's first and last words were no.

>SNES
the original is on mobile ya seethe

>I unironically like that Vader's first and last words were no.
The "no" was edited into the old trilogy. IIRC it didn't exist up until and including the 2004 DVD version.

This. Though the original had some lines that were great, a whole lot of the translation was borderline broken english.

Doesn't matter. FFIV is shit anyway.

Alena was completely butchered tho.

zip zoom zoomie

I'm 26, you dumb gen Xer

back to fortnite, zoom zoom

dis shit's edgy as puttin' angry eyes on a kirby

I think the original dialogue sounds more like a kid saying it. Remake is more eloquent and succinct, sounds more adult

kids grow up fast when they go through tough shit

Rydia had to grow up fast, dude.
And then she made it literal.

Why does a little girl walk around in a leotard?

Because magic.

Praise Amano

I tried, I really did. I just couldn't stand the new dialogue. It was cringy as fuck.
