It's pretty good, but has a steep learning curve for some people that can't get their head around it being a team game and refuse to even try. Netcode can be bad if one person has a bad connection, playerbase is a bit sporadic but lobbies tend to be a bit more populated if ranked isn't. Free version progress carries over and it can play with anyone so give it a shot.
