Basically the original games are still canon, just some of the events in them have been retconned slightly. For instance, the opening mission in RtCW no longer happened, because Old Blood used the basis of that mission for the first half of its plot. Other things like BJ fighting through Deathshead's X-Labs still occurred, though.

Like I said before, certain aspects of previous games' narratives have been retconned. The newer Wolfenstein games still make references to events and people from past games, meaning the basic plot of each game still occurred in some fashion.
