Hellblade or Plague Tale

Which one should I get?

I understand theyre both glorified walking simulators, but sometimes I like those. Any opinions on either Yea Forums?

Hellblade is cheaper atm so I'm leaning towards that

Just pirate. Ans hellblade was better imo overall, though I liked Plague Tales ost more

Played both this year and like Hellblade a lot more.Plague Tale just isn't that unique or noteworthy in any way imo, I don't know why its user ratings are so high.

I haven't played plague tale but hellblade was not worth the time. it had potential but the game is a boring slog.

Hellblade isn't much of a walking simulator. It spends a lot of time on combat. Easy combat, but combat nonetheless. Was pretty alright.

Plague Tale looks like a formulaic tearjerker so I didn't give it a second thought.

A Plague tale is actually really dope. Get it.

Hellblade is fucking awesome. Yea Forums only says it sucks cause it has a female protagonist.

It is awesome.

Since i haven't played plague, i vote for hellblade. The visuals are nice and the pacing is right for a relaxing evening.

Hellblade is criminally underrated, and the music is top tier. If you have to experience one or the other, definitely pick that one.

I intend to eventually. I just didnt see the point in dropping $30+ for both. A lot of people liked Hellblade so that and less of a price means I'll play that first

I like hellblade for the most part but really despised the puzzles. they were more tedious than challenging.

To be fair at least some of blame for DmC:dmc lies on capcom for being greedy fucks looking for cod bucks and more specifically jewafune con man himself for fear mongering with his whole "japan is dead" narrative and pushing dmc on a western dev.
