>Best and most fitting
FTFY

Tick Tock Clock is fucking lame

I wish they let you set custom laps. Baby Park would be one hell of a gauntlet at 50 laps.

I don't know about that track but Double Dash is the shittiest in the series.

>never played Super Circuit

user, he said shittiest not greatest

That's not Mario Kart Wii.

Shut your whore mouth

GIANT BOWSER SHELL

Baby park is great, I babysat twin 8 year olds once and watched them play Mario kart switch. One of them picked baby park and the other just lost his shit. For the rest of the night he kept screaming "I HAAATE BABY PAAAAARRRRK". Personally I think it's a decent change of pace.

8 > DS > DD > 64 > 7 > Wii > MK (SNES) > SS

>Putting DD anywhere but number 1

SOULLESS

This is the worst opinion I have seen on Yea Forums in a long time

>Getting mad at NASCAR! WOO! track

The greatest is 8 you swine
Your opinion is lame.

Baby Park is kino in double dash

B-but that's my favorite map, user.

All the maps from Double Dash are great but suck remade because they are wider and don’t have the onslaught of Bowser Shells and Giant Bananas

>not driving your friends insane by doing 99 laps of it

>ITT: "I like poor acceleration karts"

You only have yourself to blame

>SNES MK always near the bottom
>I doubt any of these people even played it back in the day
Sad, it was such an incredible game back then because of its novelty. The game series still uses all the same core mechanics with hopping/power sliding and "jackpot" powerups, although obvoiusly the biggest change to feel was going to MK64, which was mind-blowing in its own right.

desu MK64 blew it out of the water without even trying

t. shitter that cant stop running into the minute hand

Wii was great, git gud

They were both fantastic games for their time.

8 > 7 > Wii > DS > DD > 64 > SS > SNES

And they've both been surpassed since which is why they're always near the bottom

>get hit
>lose half a lap

This is true

MK8 (not Deluxe) Excitebike Arena. Far more common than most other tracks, and you spend half of it with no control over your kart

N64 > 8 > SNES > SS > DS > DD > Rest

Never liked Grumble Volcano. Stop picking it because it sucks.

MK64 is fucking terrible

I will say I hated the original but like it more in 8

Non exhaustive list
>SNES: Vanilla Lake tracks because it honestly looks like shit
>N64: Kalamari Desert, Wario Stadium & Rainbow Road. 4+ minutes tracks are boring as shit unless you were that fag doing the massive cut at the beginning of RR 64.
>DD: Baby Park is still a 2 drift per lap track but it at least does its job right at being chaotic, especially with the Bowser Shell. Without Bowser Shell, every modern rendition of that track feels gay as shit
>DS/SC: Tracks were pretty solid, don't have much to say. Some turns are a bitch on RR SC but not in a bad way.
>7: Tracks are also pretty alright, even underwater centered tracks are mostly tolerable so far even with the reduced but not too much sense of speed
>8: This is where underwater tracks get shit: Dolphin Shoals is underwhelming in all regards, always felt like i'm going at molasses. That aside, the modern rendition of 64 RR is somehow possibly even worse: The first turn decides it all: If you get fucked there, you are not getting 1st. There is no potential to shave off anything, it's painfully linear. Excitebike is also somehow worse than Baby Park, keeping the 2 drifts per turn structure but no chaos whatsoever. Mute City's aesthetics are cool but it went too far on the boosts for a large part of the track making it compromising to recover if you get fucked at any point.

You can't top Bone Dry Dunes as the worst map.

Say it with me now:

N E O B O W S E R C I T Y

THIS! I also wanted a more circular map for more drifting escapades. I do like Excitebike arena but some of the overlap ramp placement is garbage.

brake

get good

Pretty much any desert stage. They all feel the same.

MKWii Maple Treeway. FUCK that fucking track

Attached: guy.jpg (240x255, 23K)

>not brake drifting like a fucking champion

Attached: 678356234.jpg (680x480, 91K)

This. SNES gets no respect.

reminder that if you think a track is shit because it's too difficult your opinion is invalidated

Attached: c65.jpg (544x339, 40K)

why the fuck does 8 not have waluigi pinball

Attached: Waluigi_Pinball.png (256x192, 48K)

DS > DD > SS > 64 > 7 > Wii > MK (SNES

Never played 8 because it was pricey as fuck during it's run and the expanded port took it's place.

Probably because it was readded in 7 and they felt like it would be too early to bring it back
Then again 8 got SNES Rainbow Road so what the fuck do I know
>They brought back Waluigi Pinball to the game that didn't have him as a playable character

>Rainbow Road
>Every version

I felt that Baby Park in 8 wasn't as good as the DD version.

It's not that bad, it's just... very, very unattractive.

switch 64 and Wii and it's perfect

Rainbow Road DD is pretty unforgiving, that booster spiral turn is pretty much clench central

The gravity crap takes away from nu bab park imo
