What did she mean by this?
What did she mean by this?
some based chad cheated on her
Well one of the main characters she was childhood friends with left town to become a surgeon for about 5 years. Plus her dad died.
nothing out of the ordinary
>turns house into a center for the sick
>stocks a few loaves of bread and cookies as rations
>goes batshit and develops trust issues rapidly
Makes sense
How'd they treat her in 2? iirc she's one of Bachelor's bound, no Haruspex's so she may not be fully fleshes out yet
>That third option foreshadowing
Holy piss. What game?
>Haruspex's childhood friend along Rubin and Grief
>regrets the friend group falling apart after Artemy left, can be interpreted as her having a crush on the haruspex before he left
>dad dies
>develops issues and serious depression, starts helping people out of wanting to feel better about herself
>Artemy comes back, has a higly tsundere attitude towards him talking with herb brides
>sets up the shelter during the outbreak
>wants to kill the general to avenge her father but fails
>post-game she helps Artemy raise Murky and Sticky, which pretty much become his adopted children
Pathologic 2.
Well they actually made her, Grief and Rubin childhood friends of the Harupsex so you see her quite a bit actually.
Didn't the devs also confirm that Murky was a literal autist?
According to the artbook she is on the spectrum yes
>Bachelor's bound
She was changeling's wasn't she? Bachelor's is the Kains, Eva and the Stamatin brothers from what I remember.
Cute! Glad she got some screentime in the first P2 route then since I recall liking her character, even if she occasionally tried to do crazy shit.
She could be, I haven't touched P1 in years by now admittedly. I just recall interacting with her a lot as Danil compared to the other two.
True, you run into her quite a bit as Bachelor in the original. Rubin's a fucking faggot now and Grief is a bro. Changeling is a cunt who can cuck you as early as day 2 by cursing you over something you can do completely by accident. Bachelor is Chad as fuck.
Redpill me on this game.
remake of plague doctor simulator in a strange secluded russian town
It tries to be immersive so it's not fun at all and will actually make you stressed but somehow ends up being very engaging
Also goes aganist normal completionist logic and you will end up willingly avoiding questlines and saving people because your own survival takes priority and you don't have time for everything you would want to do
>Bachelor is Chad as fuck
Based, was expecting that especially after his dialogue in Marble Nest. How bad is Clara's curse, does it actually have real consequences like infecting your bound or BAD ENDing a sidequest or two later?
Wtf is wrong with russians.
They're russian
Sadly I never tested the curse myself because I heard about it beforehand but didn't know how it triggered. Once I got to the spot where I realised it would happen I noped the fuck out of there and managed to avoid getting it. All I know is it prevents you from talking to some people, which I assume means the random npcs to trade with. Don't have a screenshot of it but when you come out of Haruspex dad's house on day 2, Bachelor is there wanting in. If you refuse he'll threaten to pull a gun on you. Grief also mentions him shooting someone on day 1 and Vald jr saying he's fast on the draw.
>Changeling is a cunt who can cuck you as early as day 2 by cursing you over something you can do completely by accident.
Wait what?
It's if you go into that house you hear about kids hanging out in. Changeling is sitting just outside it watching it and if you go in Maria and Capella are inside. When you head out she confronts you and curses you. Khan hangs out there later.
why does she look like a knock-off elizabeth lol
Oh that. It's nothing. Just specific to that one event.
Wait really? I saw a shitload of people saying it fucks you over hard.
Even the best case scenario kinda suck.
>born 1900
>WW1
>revolution and FUN in 1917, might be part of or against it
>sure sucks to be a kulak
>WW2
>oh now both you and burgers have bombs
>afghanistan
>fast forwards to a very special christmas day
>wtf my country is disolved now
>economy crashes lol
>oh now kids are doing stupid dances
I haven't seen any long effects. You go to the house where the mistresses are meeting talk to them. When you leave Changling drops some exposition on mistress stuff and says to not bother them. You can say fuck you and go back in and the option to talk to them doesn't pop up like any other time npc dialogue ends but meta this time cause curse. That was pretty much it.
ded game
>threads dead
>Bachelor route never
why live
Is it possible to put yourself in an unwinnable situation in this game? I realised that I should have stocked up on food early on but decided to keep going because the game clearly wants you to deal with the consequences of you decisions. Everyday I've been barely scraping by but now I'm on day 10, have almost no resources, am starving to death and would probably have to re-load back to day four to avoid all of this. I'm thinking about just starting over.
>Is it possible to put yourself in an unwinnable situation in this game?
Of course, but you have no excuse for reloading more than a single day
A few hours of a single day played optimally should leave you set unless for some reason you kept playing after getting infected
I'm giving up after this bump.
Just do it fuccboi, if you're on day 10 don't be a bitch and quit.
I see. I had the same problem with the first game as well. Hunger keeps fucking me over. The problem is that if I start the day with no food, I need to go find some. However, I don't know where people I can trade with are since maybe the area they are usually found is now infected or burnt out. I then waste time trying to find them and the food I get barely reduces my hunger so I waste more time finding more food. Repeat ad infinitum.
There must be some strategy to it but I haven't figured it out yet. The only time I got infected was plot related.
Dead item shop usually has food doesn't it? You can bring your bloody bandages and broken Ampoules there for trading. Pocket Watches are also worth more selling to shops for cash then trading.
Have you been doing your shifts at the hospital and collecting your pay? They give food along with money right?
>selling to shops
Grief paid more for it in my experience. Shops offered about 750 for them, he gave me a bit over a thousand.
have some food protips
>fill the fund bar for loads of money and food, it's very easy to do and very worth it
>visit the dead item shop daily
>kids usually trade eggs and fried fish for nuts, visit playgrounds for easy food
>a girl inside Notkin's warehouse always trades decent food each day
>lockpicks can be traded for toast with most guards
>sneak behind a soldier and spam charge attack with a knife(even a broken one will do), most of them drop army rations
>grief sells coupons
>shady tiem shop sells food for money
Really, food should be the least of your worries after day 4
Does she actually turn her house into a shelter this game? I know she does in 1, but I haven't seen her actually take anyone in this time around. Do you have to deliver the infected barrel of water to her house?
Not him but how do you fill the bar, just do your job at the hospital and help out the occassional infected person on the street?
>Have you been doing your shifts at the hospital and collecting your pay?
Yeah and it's the only thing keeping me alive. The problem is that the food you get from the fund barely lasts you half a day, if that. You still need to go searching for more. Maybe I'm missing something obvious but none of the food seems to last me long enough.
How high is the fund bar?
if you don't do your job then you get nothing
after doing your job just raise your reputation doing stuff, the fund bar follows your reputation gains(like killing muggers) and loses(so watch out when stealing/harvesting organs outside the hospital since it decreases your fund bar)
giving sick people the correct antibiotic also gives massive amounts of fund meter, 2-3 people a day is enough for max reward
So basically what you should be doing is
>save bottles of water
>looking for herbs at night to brew tinctures
>save + tinctures for raising your immunity and NPC immunity, Medrel+ is the best since it makes you less tired
>use shitty tinctures to diagnose and know what antibiotic to use
>barter(and buy) antibiotics so you can get max fund reward the next day
Weird. For me it's by far the biggest problem. Exhaustion is fine, thirst is almost a non-issue and I can deal with infection/immunity/giving medicine with enough planning.
At least half, usually more.
Is Eva Yan barefoot in this one?
what does it mean that i cant hug anymore? i finished the game and never found out
Partially.
DUDE
ITS BORING
ON PURPOSE
Because Elizabeth looks cute.
>he can't into slav kino
Typical zoom zoom.
>ITS BORING
t. beaten to death in the first two days
>women.jpg
>juggling 5 different health meters that drain too quickly, wanting to be in 10 different places at the same time and knowing that if you don't manage to give medicine to a character they might fucking die and take all their questlines to the grave with them
I don't understand how people can find this boring and uneventful
>can't keep up with a plot running on four levels of meta
It's okay brainlet, you can get a summary on Reddit that'll help you work out the kinks. Or just watch Shroud try to play it on Twitch and give up and cry about having to read a single paragraph of dialogue
DUDE
IT'S NOT WHACKY WHACKY
I NEED BOOM BOOM BANG BANG
So Bachelor is going to be hard mode now right? I can't imagine getting shit done without my Tinctures.
the tradeoff is that he can actually barter bottles for bandages, meaning he
>can trade with women
>can actually heal, meaning combat is less risky
>might get buffs to his revolver since it's very iconic for him
Wait the mute curse is real? I thought it was just a metatextual joke about how you can only talk to people when it's quest-relevant.
If Clara still has that steady reputation loss mechanic, it'll be a nightmare to play her.
its just meta
>fund meter goes down if your reputation goes down as the Haruspex
Imagine if yoru fund meter constantly went down
I think it's Day 11 when the Bachelor is in Lara's house. If you go upstairs and talk to her you can try to hug her but it won't work.
>Khan actually outside the polyhedron
Was that a thing that happens in the original? I only played Bachelor.
No, this time around he realizes he might be infected after the house of the dead quest so he mans up and decides to stay outside to make sure the polyhedron stays safe
Makes sense, it's a good way to let you interact with him more since they don't let adults enter the polyhedron.
>implying Clara will even be allowed to use the fund
>bachelor game
>fund just rains money from the sky
he lucked out on the "characters who got no screentime in the 1st game so they decided to salvage his character"
Shame they didn't sabe Taya, she is only ever relevant in the Haruspex route
Rubin and the Bachelor mention her being part of the fund, plus she appears in the theatre that day
unoptimzed.
only 1/3 complete.
definetly wait
I this ever coming to PS4?
