I can't give you a solid answer because like I said it depends on a bunch of other factors. But I can tell you that it will take awhile because you play around the time NA server people are going to sleep so getting into content will be slower.

Cutscenes are hit or miss. There are some genuinely good parts but just as much of it is total shit. Questlines vary wildly in quality depending on the writer.
You get a significant exp bonus when leveling jobs lower level than your highest. The first job you level will take a while, but you can go from 1 to 70 in around 2 days if you play a shit ton from your 2nd job onwards. Leveling dps takes longer due to queue times. Personally I prefer to casually level side jobs through daily quests and roulettes. It isn't nearly as fast as hardcore grinding, but it always gives me something to do and helps fight off burnout.
