ITT: Games LITERALLY only you played
Austin Perry
Ethan Carter
Nice try user.
I wish they'd fucking make another one
Hudson Lewis
Cradles rockin with love
Hudson Miller
I have never seen a burning rangers thread once on either Yea Forums or /vr/.
Jackson Gonzalez
Post one first
Gabriel Morales
Nice try.
Thomas Ramirez
silky smooth 10 fps
Benjamin White
Xavier Morales
Why is it so short? Sure they padded out a bit with random dungeons, but it's still so short.
Jaxson Johnson
There are many Saturn titles I'd love to see re-released in the modern day, BR being one of them.
Gabriel Ross
Because if you try to post anything about the Saturn, consolewar faggots will post about how the Saturn was a failure and that it had no games.
Connor Wood
very good themesong
Noah Thomas
It's like 20 fps.
David Rodriguez
Ayden Moore
It usually gets talked about when there's a Saturn thread
Ryder Jackson
A Saturn mini would be the only thing from the mini console meme that i would welcome
Levi Evans
BURNING RANGERS GO
Caleb Anderson
The hardware to emulate a Saturn is prohibitively expensive for a mini console. The fucking thing had 8 CPUs.
Benjamin Brooks
JP version, but english isn't far behind
Brody Lopez
sorry buddy, played this in Osaka. Bought it at Super Potato. I thought it was the real Saturn Bomberman at first. When I discovered it was the shitty one, I returned it.
Luke Flores
In Japan they have a shit ton of games
and porn
Jayden Lee
I don't need to listen to both to know I'm going to vote for the English version.
Just like I'd still stand by this one: youtube.com
Hunter Perry
Why not the Turbografx/PC Engine mini? That's kind of a pain in the ass to emulate.
Blake Diaz
No, this was a shitty Bomberman on Saturn. Bomberman Fight!! was really fun, but that was mostly because of its multiplayer.
Henry Cruz
...
Nicholas Johnson
Grayson Brooks
>That's kind of a pain in the ass to emulate.
It literally is not.
Justin Howard
As a kid I used to have a buddy whos family were fairly well off, and had a shit load of games and imports
>Amiga/Commodore/Mega Drive/Snes
>Mega CD with Sonic CD, Road Avenger
>Sega Saturn with Burning Rangers, Radiant Silvergun, Nights into dreams
Thomas Morgan
Saturn was always like enigma in emulation scene but not anymore.
PC Engine emulation is perfect right now.
Thomas Ramirez
It’s genuinely one of my favourite games too even if it is bargain bin trash.
The ending was kino
Jason Richardson
>Games LITERALLY only you played
Only way that could actually happen was if somebody here made a game himself and never released it.
Samuel Nelson
Where i lived there were way more Sega kids than Nintendo, one of them managed to get a Saturn, everyone was jealous, but since Saturn was extremely expensive and rare eventually everyone switched to SNES or stuck with Mega Drive until PS1 dropped
Isaac Brooks
BURNING RANGERS WOW
Levi Wilson
This fucking gem.
Evan Russell
>Evil Zone
The WWE devs. made and released the game, but chosen a bad period to release [they should have took more time to improve the gameplay] it and did a very poor job to promote it, despite having considerable flaws, a fanbase even if small could have been formed rather than not existing...
Oliver Rodriguez
You can show me pictures of box art, or hell, show me actual gameplay footage. I will deny that Burning Rangers was a real game and not just a sickass theme for the Central Dome Fire Swirl quest.
Gabriel Gray
english
Julian Jackson
Josiah Murphy
>bargain bin
Nigga it was by Sonic Team back when they had talent
Kayden Turner
Pic.
Michael Brown
You are delusional.
This music originally from PSO2.
Owen Hernandez
I own this, but never played it
Connor Perez
My main squeeze back in the day alongside the RE games, Dino Crisis games and Galerians.
[T]actical [R]escue [A]nd [G]roup
Nathaniel Lee
are you ready for your run on wednesday?
Hudson Clark
good game
Liam Price
I always rented this.
Ryan Foster
Oh snap, other people have played it and they are speed running it? N E A T. Thanks for the heads up.
Wyatt White
might not be the only one who played it, but I'm the only one who likes it
Aiden Thompson
Chase Thompson
Of course, I wouldn't want to leave out: youtube.com
Aaron Johnson
>there's people somewhere out there in the world that played and liked SegaCD FMV games.
Mason Morgan
Oh man yes, I love this game. Finally someone else who played it.
Noah Flores
why would you make me choose between based Mitsuyoshi
Jaxson Phillips
>SIGNAL IS DETECTED
>REACTION ON VENUS SENSOR
>FEBRUARY CHAMBER FULLY LOADED
>TRANSFER ELUDED SETUP COMPLETED
>...
>GOOD. LUCK!
Josiah Morales
is that PSO? literally even I've played that and that game is older than I am
Parker Lopez
>be 4/1/2001
>this fucking music, THIS FUCKING MUSIC is playing on every fucking level in PSO for the DC
>music loops infinitely
>cannot turn it off
Not even funny, fuck SEGA for this.
Ian Russell
Luis Long
He's making reference to a very specific quest from the game. He mentioned it in his post. Keep up, sunshine.
Jaxon Martinez
This game is good to play without knowing original manga or anime?
Joshua Gomez
To this day my brother will still complain about how many times they've not used the English version.
Josiah Ortiz
It's basically 90s mahou shoujo with mecha, go blind into it. It has tons of neat details, too. Throughout the story, the 3 main girls write their diaries and you can look into what each of them think of the current situation. It's full of soul.
David Kelly
I had no issues with it. Read some of the manga after the fact (good ol' MixxZine), but the game does tone down the overall "CLAMP-ness" of it.
Luke Watson
I literally picked it up out of a bargain bin in a fucking supermarket. I honestly just like the game I know next to nothing about it
Gavin Butler
Also, getting all the rainbow stones to unlock the outtakes section was so worth it. Really based Working Designs.
Matthew Hill
Apparently not this was allegedly one of the influences behind Danganronpa.
Aiden White
I know I'm wrong, it's fucking Spider-Man so somebody else has played it, but I have never once seen or heard anybody talk about this game in my life. Even when I mention it here nobody actually mentions it or talks about it in response. It had close-up beat-em-up sections and zoomed-out sections with a little more platforming, and besides Spidey there was Black Cat, Hawkeye, and fucking Namor for some reason as the playable characters.
Elijah Garcia
still on it, the english patch causing 50+ crashes during some cutscenes really makes it tedious though
I will finish it sooner or later, my boomer RO pride demands it.
Elijah Walker
Burning Rangers is a solid 7, if it wasn't two hundred fucking dollars I'd recommend more people check it out at least. Really needs a Sega AGES port if they ever move on from Genesis games.
Jeremiah Brown
Gavin Perez
I'd buy into Saturn ports from AM2 like a sucker. Their work on Afterburner II alone sold me on their ability.
Jaxson Wright
Ora Ora Ora!?
Ryder Cook
I'd actually like an evil zone manga or anime or something. They had a neat story idea
Ayden Richardson
I played it, but I was really fucking young. It must have been in some arcade in hungary, when my family was on vacation. I have to mention, that there was a pretty similar Punisher game with a COOP mode. I played it through the whole game, while the people there playing P2 rotated. I fucking ruled and fucked the final Boss. Kingpin. After this, the Arcade froze and glitched in error. I walked to the women working there, told her I beat the game and she just gave me 2 hands full of coins as a reward, without saying a word. Good times.
Josiah Howard
Jack Richardson
Barcade that opened near me a few years back has it, was pretty ok, nothing special.
Jace Torres
Adam Garcia
The Punisher game is more well-known because it's by Capcom. It's so weird how a Spider-Man game can be so obscure and unknown despite being an Arcade game; I'd get it if it was exclusive to some shit failed system.
Adam Wood
Just watched some youtube vids of the Spiderman game. I played it, but only 1 week per year, there was this arcade in an eastern europe country. Where I am from, there never was a chance to get it. If I could choose between the Punisher and the Spiderman game, I would pick the Punisher.
Blake Wilson
Me too.
Zachary Flores
Actually the ports are from Sega M2, Sega AM2 is long gone.
Jeremiah Scott
However for that the franchise needs to be resurrected... i imaged how the whole story can work in that setting and i can say it can def. work if used right.
Anthony Garcia
I've been trying to find that damn Dunkleosteus for fucking twelve fucking years. I saw it in a wikipedia edit before it got erased. Found it as a kid but didn't remember how I found it. Tried following fucking instructions on some obscure wikipedia edit made in the early 2000s and end up finding nothing. I will find that fucker someday and the day I do, I will fucking post it on the internet.
Dominic Morgan
The was technically the first pso game
Lincoln Moore
Sebastian Anderson
criminally underrated game
Gavin Diaz
80% of the board is too young to know what a Saturn even is
Jaxon Roberts
JUST DO IT
JUST BURNING RANGERS
Carson Rivera
Better than Limbo.
Levi Long
Great sci-fi story with fun gameplay. It ended on a cliffhanger too.
Joshua Richardson
Anyone remember battle arena toshinden ura versions or fighters megamix? Only games i diuble dipped for
Julian Diaz
Wasn't that game's story done by O.S.C.?
Benjamin Watson
Aiden Hernandez
I have emulated a lot of Fighters Megamix, it's a fun game.
Christopher Sullivan
This is official canon and most AC fans don't know it even exists.
Chase Jenkins
Yep. Was meant to be a trilogy.
youtube.com
Easton Baker
Ian Clark
This was a fucking brilliant 360 side scroller that was delisted after a few months for some reason.
Had Patrick Stewart doing the narration.
Justin Cox
start posting waifus and you can easily rack up thread replies just look at battle network threads for example
Brandon Hughes
>You'll never experience anything as crazy as level 6 in any game ever.
Kevin Barnes
Zachary Young
I would contributed to a remaster or remake of this.
Luke Taylor
You wish,faggot
Gavin Lewis
Have to post this every thread I see.
Isaac Powell
this game scared the shit out of me as a kid
i couldn't even get past the first level
Michael Lopez
Bentley Jones
Pretty sure I never finished the last path.
Austin Diaz
>it's not still stuck in his head almost 20 years later
>he doesn't enjoy it
Jose Edwards
Aaron Sanchez
It was more my younger brother's thing, but it was a thing.
Chase Rodriguez
Gavin Long
DT Drei never ever...
Oliver Anderson
Juan Bailey
"You have been killed" is really the only thing I remember about this from renting it.
Luke Ross
Johnny Fucking Ohm.
Brandon Torres
Can this half-count?
Ryder Cox
Or this?
Blake Hall
The one I played originally, even if the PSP version had more content.
Aaron Scott
Blake Rodriguez
>Atlus " hey lets make a game where every character is one time use complicated to get have different stats and abilities and change the story depending on when you use them. then make a convoluted combat system to go with it"
Brayden Cooper
Joshua Russell
Luis Hernandez
To be fair, it's Dept Heaven, not Atlus. And I begin to think we won't ever see another one of their games. Even though I bought the game twice over.
Wyatt Myers
what the fuck
Camden Wright
Camden Martin
i would love for all their games to get brought over they have such interesting universes yet such frustratingly complicated combat systems
William Harris
BANDITS INCOMING AND LOOKING REAL NEAT
Julian Russell
Evan Hughes
I have my copy still right beside me. Best party game of all time, first online game to hook me up.
Isaiah Price
Carter Anderson
I've played it, even had a friend play it took. It's pretty good.
Bleemcast is still one of my favorite video game factoids of all time.
Christopher Brown
The Chrono Trigger fangame I made on RPG maker when I was a kid.
Carson Bailey
Really obscure game that got a fan translation for some reason. Really interesting concept but playing any difficulty above normal requires a galaxy brain
Dominic Murphy
i watched some gameplay and i see why it never got translated officially. it looks interesting at least
Nathan Morales
I would seed that monster if you know what I mean
Owen Scott
The Saturn version of Primal Rage? Perhaps?
Cameron Ortiz
WITH GRACE AND PRIDE
Henry Scott
Julian Hill
Pretty cool game that's basically a SRPG version of JoJo. None of the characters fight directly, instead they all have their own unique guardians that fight for them. You don't have control over the guardians and instead have to issue orders like "heal" or "stay close" to them through their user. Admittedly it's a bit clunky and could use a bit more polish, but it's not to the point that it was unbearable to play.
Asher Wood
I really wanted to play this for the cute girl
Zachary Kelly
What's stopping you?
Connor Garcia
Still do endless dungeon runs from time to time, fun time sink.
