I was so pissed that with this and a certain other fightin game they fucked me over for crowd funding.

Tried it.Its zoomer trash shit. Couldn't keep playing after firs rescue mission.

is it just me or does xcom 2 feel way fucking easier than enemy within
like it feels like it's way easier to become hilariously overpowered in 2 but in EW it always feels like the enemies are actually on-par with your soldiers

Im just hoping that with the next game they continue with the bosses and their own version of the lost missions. Its very clearly going to be Terror from the Deep inspired which could be neat.

I had the exact opposite feeling. My EW squads always cruise to become a bunch of psionic super soldiers that just faceroll everything. You can get an OP squad in XCOM2 as well, but it's a much rougher road to get there. The early-mid game was way harder than any part of EW.

WotC gameplay additions are great, but how the fuck did they manage to make the storyline so cringeworthy? I can't fucking stand those cutscenes and Chosen dialogue. It's like a 6 year old wrote it

At this point it would be nice to play as the invaders: instead of defending Earth you invade Cydonia, instead of doing Terror Mission you do Alien Purges and things like that

It was nice of Epic to pay for my copy, now I'll be able to enjoy Gollop's new game without spending a single penny and totally guilt-free.

Finally started a war of the chosen game after buying the DLC last year, but now the game freezes my whole computer occasionally , when I had no problem with x-com/regular x-com 2. No mods either.
