I go to one every year, but it's a public event thing. The last private lan I went to was a good 4 or so years ago, maybe longer. I remember Quin starting PoE for the first time around then.

This last weekend. A guy I know has run it twice a year for the last 20 years, and we have about a 20+ person turn-out nearly every time.

Used to do small ones with friends, but that was in high school. Never again after that.

Goddamn LAN is so comfy, I remember being pretty shy as a kid and having trouble talking to strangers, but I felt at home in LAN cafes, being a slav the one I went to most often looked just like the one in the OP picture, barring the hanging guy

I remember just playing against bots together with my cousin because we didn't know how to setup servers and shit, later on my cousin showed me the server he played on
it was the shit, they don't make online communities like they used to
