Why? Who would you pick to take you on an expedition through Africa? Some pale skinned European who requires tons of extra resources just to stay alive or some dark skinned Africa with plenty of water retention who won't take up all your resources? What about if you wanted to look for something in the dark? Would you prefer a brown eyed person with low light sensativity or a light eyed European with high light sensativity. It would be retarded not to judge people based on race, you'd just be wasting opportunities to optimise talents and skills.
