I can't watch gridiron football anymore, and basketball is getting worse. Soccer is 45 uninterrupted minutes of sportsball, a half time and then 45 more minutes of uninterrupted sportsball. Hockey is also quite friendly if you hate ads. Baseball is meh all around, though better than 10 years ago.
