There is a good mystery to it but yakuza bros don't like spoiling shit because there pretty chill. If it was out on pc already pirate fags would be doing cartwheels about the place posting spoilers left right and centre.

The main story is about trying to track down and stop a serial killer, although the beat-em-up gameplay is the majority of what you'll be doing. There are also lots of minigames you play to break into stuff and find clues, to break up the monotony.

The only glaring omission so far. Maybe they'll DLC it (but probably not). It's weird too, because if anything they totally could've had Yagami singing "Judgment" from Yakuza 0. Would've fit perfectly.

It’s the same Kamurocho as 6 but one area is under construction because of something that happened in that games story, though it basically looks the same aside from some construction equipment in places.

Every well adjusted normal person I've known has loved and done karaoke bar night. It's like trivia bingo.

It’s fun as fuck. The beginning is a little slow and you start off stupidly underpowered like every Yakuza game since K1, but once it gets going you really start to enjoy it. I haven’t finished it, though, so maybe the game shits the bed later on

DLC's already done, it's a bunch of magical orbs that let you use magic attacks, some clothes for your female friends, some special drone parts, and some stuff you can place on your shelves.

Are there drone races?

Yes, you go to Millennium Tower and the lady there lets you do them. Not sure where the parts come from though, I think I got a couple parts from Ebisu but other than that I didn't see any in the demo.

They show up all over the ground once you unlock drone customization, and you can get some from Ebisu, like you said, and the Casino. Everything about the drone is annoying: the races are boring, the later races look like total bullshit, and the drone fights in VR feel like they hardly function. I hope there's no substory attached to the grand prix so I don't have to do it to fight Amon.

A guy I asked a couple months ago said the times are ridiculously tight if you want to beat some of the later ones and you not only have to cut corners but you have to have the best parts and be going at full speed while doing it. It's going to be a mess, I can feel it.
