One of the best games ever made and a package so full of gameplay you feel like you robbed them.
Also it makes you graving more Yakuza content. Then you get disappointed because no game in the franchise comes even near the perfection that was zero (I play the games since 2010, I bought the PS2 versions for 40-50 bucks each, only Yakuza 2 comes near 0, everything else in the franchise falls flat compared to it).

going to kabukicho and walking along the streets gave me one of the greatest feelings in my life, it was so surreal listening to receive you on my headphones and walking, i knew exactly where everything was and the touts are basically in the same places as in the game

too bad that the bowling alley in the game isn't there in real life any more, so theater square feels kinda empty

The combat is awesome, the story is awesome, the characters are great, the brothel system is addictive and the minigames are polished but there are parts of this game that legit feel like a graphical update of a PS2 game.

In 2006 I did the same exact thing you did. First thing I did when I landed in Tokyo was head to Kabukicho, and stopped right in front of the famous entrance gate and blasted Receive You in my headphones.

Last year I did the same thing but played the Kiwami version. I always liked walking through the hotel district and people watching, seeing which businessmen get into which hotels.

I played 0 and loved it but I cannot in a billion years imagine playing another game in this series. Especially when I learned that they all take place in the same city with the same layout.

They're only focusing on Kenzan right now. 3 supposedly runs best out of the non-Kenzan titles, we had a guy in the threads say he went through the entire game on it but it had tons of crashing simply when wandering around on top of graphical issues and massive framerate dips.
