You're either going to have to reflect the projectiles, or try and approach from the ground.
Don't ever jump towards a megaman, especially if they love spamming aerials. I find that trying to catch the metal saw is enough to slow them down. Parrying it works only for a short amount of time. You could always try f-tilts or short hop aerials whenever they spam jabs or down-tilts.

It's because the lag literally eats your inputs when it spikes. You can literally flick the c-stick and get a nair or jab out of it, it's fucking infuriating. How online Kens are able to combo so reliably is fucking beyond me.

I'm on a GC controller and I can do it consistently online. It might be the weird way I perform DP motions though, basically two quarter circles right to down and down to right.

Mr Based & Pilled is strong against projectile users, this isn't low honor. Its the counter it low honor. Projectile users are forced to switch their strategy up against them but they often expose themselves as having no idea how else to play their own character and feed his bucket constantly.

K. Rool is objectively the most honest character in the game. Not only are you playing one of the slowest and heaviest characters, pretty much all of his stuff is telegraphed and you can use his side-b against him. Every one of his gimmicks can be punished, and his belly armor can be broken if spammed, forcing the K. Rool to play honestly unless they want an ez-shield break KO to happen.

Megaman is insanely difficult to play and only has one move with even a whiff of bullshit, his uptilt, because it has two frames of invulnerability. Even then it’s unsafe on hit at low percent and the most punishable thing in the universe. Even his projectile moves are punishable. Little Mac, meanwhile, is an unpunishable little shit with insane frame data, super armour and a 1HKO move. This entire tier list reads like it was written by some button-mashing imbecile that cries anytime he has to fight against projectiles.
