Of course the managers are enthusiastic and upbeat. They don't have to really work or do shit at the store, not to mention they have tons of power over pretty much everyone. It seems like a pretty cushy job when you can just come to work and order people to do whatever while you sit in the office doing god knows what. I legit hardly ever see managers at Wal-Mart, and when you do see them they're just walking around talking to people. I doubt they actually do any work.

I don't know, man. Maybe it varies from Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart, but it always seemed like I rarely saw managers doing manual labor. The rank and file and supervisors are doing all the work, hell the supervisors seem to do just as much work as the rank and file.
