Why does it feel like every time you need an item to proceed it's tucked away in some bumfuck nowhere section of the map normally reserved for secrets?
>Want to get past this blood fountain? Better use that soul you probably thought was useless to suck up all the blood

The blood fountain should have been super obvious. How else would you get rid of blood other than with a shard that literally says it absorbs blood? The other 3 will probably get people the first time though.

No, you're right about most of it. Although I think the swimming shard isn't necessary. Can you get the sinking one first?

No, you have to kill the stupid jellyfish so you can even get to the desert where the sinking shard is. It's really stupid. Since it's not a boss shard you can also accidentally sell it and have to grind again if you didn't realize what it's for.

Blood fountain is easy to guess, I think nun slut does tell you about the swim shard, but fuck the absolute bullshit that is getting the spike armor. What a load of fucking shit that was.
Buer is the worst and most familiars take too long to attack enemies. Dullahan heads are useful if they are five of them and Fairy one is useful for heals especially on harder difficulties.
