I wanted him but he got a Spirit so he's deconfirmed. Kirby's representation in Smash remains firmly rooted in the three games (+ Air Ride) Sakurai made and not the remaining 80% of the franchise.
My most wanted first parties were Wonder Red & Mach Rider though.
